    Default Nobody listens customers at idea / idea cellular / aditya birla idea cellular kerala

    I LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH IDEA VIDE THEIR DOCKET NO.9342228243 REGARDING WRONG SUBSCRIPTION. THEY TOLD ME THAT IT IS RECTIFIED AND DISCONTINUED WITH EFFECT FROM 23 SEP 2011. TODAY ON 27TH AGAIN THEY HAVE CHARGED ME ANOTHER 5 RUPEES AND SENT AN SMS. i TRIED TO CONTACT 198. THE LADY SITTING IN 198 TOLD ME THAT THEY CANT TAKE ANY COMPLAINT BECAUSE THE SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING. WHAT CUSTOMER HAS TO DO ? I WRANG UP NODAL DESK ON 9656006680 FOR TALKING TO THE NODAL OFFICER. MR. ANUP MATHEW. THE GENTLE LADY SAPNA D.M WHO TOOK THE PHONE SAID ME HE IS ON TOUR. LAST WEEK ALSO THIS WAS THE SAME WORDING FROM SAPNA D.M.. SHE EVEN DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO THE CUSTOER. FOR LAST ONE WEEK THIS GENTLE NODAL OFFICER IS ON TOUR. I APPROACHED THE APPELATE OFFICER . APPELLATE OFFICER IS ALSO ON TOUR. MS. BEEJA TOOK THE PHONE. SHE TOLD ME THAT LET THE BILL COME, THEN WE WELL SEE. THAT MEANS I HAVE TO WAIT TILL THE BILL(NEXT MONTH 10TH) AND AGAIN I HAVE TO COMPLAINT BY WORSTING MY TIME. (THEY CANT GIVE ME ANY FEEDBACK ON THIS). THAT MEANS TODAY NO CUSTOMER OF IDEA CAN MAKE ANY COMPLAINT. WHAT GREAT IDEA... 1. 198 SYSTEM DOWN 2. NODAL OFFICER ON TOUR 3. APPELLATE OFFICER ON TRAINING AT CHENNAI. WHAT AN IDEA SIRJEE....

    Dear Ideacellular,

    Contact me in the same number. It is always switched ON. please try atleast more than once. I dont know what your number is. please contact me again. Otherwise tell any one in kerala to contact me. Still nobody from kerala end (NOt even Nodal officer after leaving a note to his table by sapna) contacted me.

    Dear Sir,

    I am Mohanan N P and my Idea prepaid number is 9847309880. I observed that now a days the DAILY PACK SERVICE is activated which I never required due to which more amount is deducted. I don’t want any such service. I requested to deactivate this service immediately.

    So you are requested to kindly stop the present unwanted service immediately within few minutes. Otherwise i am going to change your connection.

    Dear Mohanan.

    If idea is not listening you and the money is not refunded , please port out your number to any other good operator, who charges less and where good customer care managers are there. Idea wont listen customer at all. I am waiting to port out just another 12 days left out.

    Default Idea of Cheating GPRS users

    My Mobile no. is 9847340878

    I saw in idea website that there is a 1GB free 3G usage plan for Samsung mobile users,and I have opted for SAMSUNG-1GB 3G GPRS 3M ,by sending the SMS and many requests to idea customer care. Everybody in customer care and idea care people told that this is free for samsung mobile users, and nowhere in idea website mentioned that the same is chargeable.

    But in my last bill i got a shocking additional amount of Rs.497/-. I have contacted the 198 & 12345 helpdesk (worst help), and customer care , they understood my problem
    but are helpless.

    Another issue - I had given strict instruction to my idea care office at Thrissur to deactivate 3G GPRS Rs.100 pack only from next billing cycle (21-2-12) and also the plan change.Same he has agreed .I had reminded him before the billing day also.But in my next bill i got another additional bill of Rs.300/-+ for free GPRS usage. Your people only made this mistake and why should I pay for the same ?


    This is a simple way of cheating. Please help me how to move legally .

    I already complaint customer care No12345 before three weeks. and
    registered complaint (97291317) (compalint dates : 27-07-12, 01-08-12)
    but till today 3G is not available. so please take necessary action
