I have shifted from airtel to docomo and my no is 9849057634. But
since the portablity the outgoin is barred, and the customer care says that it
is due to pending amount on my other number 9866499913. I would like to get it
to your notice that 9866499913 is a pre-paid number of airtel and since 7 years
its pre-paid only and airtel only. How does a airtel pre-paid number show dues
in tata postpaid? Have i done a mistake by porting to docomo? Please look into
it and atleast as a valued customer i expect you to start the outgoing services
immediatly. Please its a request . and please look into the matter of 9866499913
its a pre-paid airtel number and m using it now also in airtel pre-paid
only.Thank You.
