I have a corporate postpaid connection of airtel.The last bill that they have sent me was of July 2009 (Bill period 2009-06-05 to 2009-07-04).I have not received bill for the month of August 2009. They are saying the bill has not been generated for the period and hence bill cannot be provided.Then from the same Airtel (121) I receive sms that your august month outstanding is 866.75/- and if the payment is not made then they will charge me late payment and will discontinue my services.This is pathetic.I have written atleast 12-15 emails to airtel (121@airtelindia.com) and even to their nodal officer (nodalofficer.aescorp@airtel.in) but still they is no solution and only they are insisting on making payment for the same.I have saved all the email communication with airtel
