    Default comlaint against Nokia service center

    I had updated my Nokia 5800 using Nokia's standard updater tool available online. My phone stopped funtctioning. I gave the phone to Nokia Care (Planet Pune, Aundh) on 11th August, 2009. they sent the phone to Nokia's main center in delhi. Following are the details.

    Job Sheet Number : 675504867/090811/3
    Date : 11-Aug-2009
    Time : 11:10am

    Now after getting the cell on 28-Aug-2009, evening, they said they cannot repair as they said the warranty is void also stating that it was due to liquid on the board.

    I had my phone working the morning before i updated the phone. Now this is ridiculous of what comments they are making. Now, after getting the phone, instead of a flashing screen, i see a cracked lcd like screen that was not at all there on my handset.

    They say i have to get it repaired under out-of-warranty service when my warranty is still valid. The purchase date of the phone is March 29, 2009.

    I now want my phone either to be replace or repaired under the warranty terms as the only issue that is here is due to their own software which i used to update the phone.

    Guide me further for addressing this issue. I'm really frustrated with the service..

    I have attached a screenshot of the crack like lcd screen appearing (earlier it was a blank white screen).

    Sir,

    Im Abdullah Tarique, from Delhi . I owned a HSBC credit card - 4384599984195072 in yr Aug 2008. i pay the settlement amount Rs/ 17972 in month june & July 2009in two instalment. i spoke to customer care he tell me settlement is not updated & till time showing in system due payment



    I request you to please help me to get NOC.

    Respected Sir,

    As I was a Customer of your Precious Company Nokia. As from long time I am using Nokia Mobiles. But since 1.5 months I am feed up with your service.

    I have problem in my handset Model No-5310 (music edition) I have purchase it on nearly in April month. It kindly has three months I have used it and I have a problem in my handset of network. This is the main problem, without network the mobile phone is use less. Firstly I have gone in Nokia Service Center At Orbit Innovative Services. 4- Wall street-1, Opp. Orient Club, Gujarat Colledge Road, Ahmedabad-09. Ahmedabad-LOC. I have submitted first my mobile on 12 Aug 2009 and they told me to give it after two days but I got my phone back on 17 Aug 09. I have take the delivery and
    By taking my mobile back to home in between the network has been lost so that I have taken it back. And they told that your handset has been sent to our head office it may take minimum 10 days. But they take nearly 15 days to give me back my mobile. Second on 05 Sept 09 they give back me my mobile I have used it for 2 days and I have face such problem again I am very angry regarding this. So that I have taken it back to the service center So that they told that return we have to send it back to our head office So that on 08- Sept 09, I have given my handset back But till now I cant get any status about my handset. On 19th Sept I have call for my handset status so they told me that they have send it back to the head office. So what can I do now I am really fade up of this My handset details has been mention below:-

    Default Horrible Customer Service (NOKIA)

    I had given my phone 5310 XpressMusic to nokia Care Center at gandhi bazar(BIZI Communications) to reset the security code of my phone because of which i was unable to access phone memory.

    The service center damaged my phone which was in good working condition when i gave it to the service center.

    The phone does not even switch on

    They give some foolish and irresponsible reply when asked about my phone.

    The phone is in Head Office (Delhi),since 10 days.

    No one responds when asked about my phone after 10 days.

    Nokia has a very bad and horrible Customer service.

    I feel i will get back my phone in a damaged condition.

    Please look into the issue.

    Thumbs down replacement of nokia 5310 c mobile

    i am purchase the nokia 5310 mobile at june 2009,and after nov 2009,this cell create the software problem to till date when we load any data the cell automatically hange after tha all phone data was deleted whenever this problem occures i gave this cell to nokia care ,hadapsar ,punebut this people only update the software after some this problem is continue and i just hate the nokia shame on it.chinamade mobile service are better than tis stupid nokia care guys can u suggest me what can i do in this condition as early as possible

    Hello Consumer Court Members,

    Always post your complaint with:

    Contact Details
    Billing Details
    Job Sheet Details
    Complaint Nos. registered with Nokia customer care.
    IMEI No. of your handset.

    If you have any problem with Nokia phones like the same problem is occurring again and again / the nokia care people are not able to solve the issue / handset damaged by service center people / delay in delivery etc, then send a written notice to the CMD of Nokia via registered post attach all the photocopy of Bill, Job sheet and other relevant document (If any) ( Keep one copy with you ) on the below mentioned address. Wait for their reply and revert us back.

    Note: Notice will help you if you need to knock the consumer forum so keep the registered post slip safe.

    Post Nokia Mobile

    IWe have purchased Nokia Mobile Phone which has been found defective. Details of purchase are as under:-

    3. Amount in Rs. : Rs.15,100/-
    4. Mobile make : IME1-35604403159360 NOKIA-N-79-BLACK

    Initially after few weeks of purchase, the screen of above mobile was found blank and the mobile was sent to your centre for repair vide your ID NO.146433527/091216/27 dated 16.12.2009. The mobile was returned to us after 15 days with assurance that the defect has been removed.

    Soon after 5 days of receiving the mobile from your service centre, mobile went out of order, it was giving high vibrations sounds during its use. We had to send it again to your centre. After considerable time it was returned to us with the report that mobile is in perfect order. For the last 15 days, We again faced a new problem. Now during its use, it gets hanged.

    You will appreciate that a new set of mobile of high value with NOKIA BRAND is purchased with the assurance in mind that the set shall be trouble free and of highest quality, contrary to this perception your mobile has been giving troubles one after another in such a short period of purchase.

    Under the circumstances and facts as above, I am constraint to request you to please either change my defective piece with other new set or refund my purchase value with interest @ 18 %. I have already wasted lot of energy and time in its repeated repair work from your centre and find no reason to ask for its repair again and again.

    We are sure you will appreciate that we have suffered heavily due to purchase of your defective piece and hope you will quickly redress my complaint immediately without knocking another door for seeking justice due to me.

    Default Poor sevice from Nokia

    Hi,

    I, very recently bought a Nokia E72 (only 19 days ago). While buying I saw several inconsistencies in the product which did not reflect Nokia's workmanship like play in the rear cover, asymmetrical lighting, buttons protruding out than other buttons etc. The battery would also fall down on removing the cover. Within two days of purchasing it I had to take to a Nokia care due to a screen display glitch, The Nokia care people upgraded the software and gave it back. There itself I asked several questions regarding the construction and software glitches. The answer I received for the construction was that it was a design and since the phone was recently released they did not know much about the software.

    I enquired from Nokia if my phone was an authentic one to which I received some answers which somehow did not convince me. Since I had bought my phone from a nokia priority dealer, I had some sense of assurance regarding the authenticity.

    One week after the rectification, the phone started to develop weird problems like inactive buttons, would hang up at least 5-6 times in a day and many other issues. I called up Nokia call centre and I was advised to take t once again tom the Nokia care and provide them with the job card number so that the issue could be escalated.

    It’s been 2 days I do not have an idea what is the status since I cannot reach the Nokia care centre and finally I called up the Nokia call centre. I received a very disappointing message that my phone has been sent to Delhi and will only come back after 15 days.

    Nokia did not even care to inform me about the status and did not provide me with an alternate handset. With the kind of business I am in, I need a phone to manage my day to day activities. I am scheduled to travel in the first week of April and I have no idea how to manage my work.
    I would like Nokia to put a contingency in place for me or replace my phone or better would be to refund the phone cost so that I could buy a new handset

    Thumbs down Nokia 2700classic model defective peace by nokia.

    i have bought Nokia 2700c model just a 9-10days ago and Once a morning when i wake and have a look for time in Cellphone, the Phone was in dead condition,it neither ON nor making a any function. i was in a surprise for such a fishing model was delivered to me by NOKIA.The Model Cost me of 3700 INR.IS nokia is NOT passing their model through Quality Test?
    This Problem was related to my internal IC of cellphone(as per the info.given by nokia care centre).I have to be with this defective Product throughout my life. i am in deep depression that in such a samll time period(just in 10 Days) such a big issue arised, what i except for the rest of the time.The nokia care change the defective component of the cell, but this is not the right way to act wisely with the customer who has bought the cell just i 10days ago and spend 3700INR for the defective model.

    Neither they Supporting nor giving any information to customer.

    i want a full exchange of the cell phone against this defective piece.

    if nothing is possible for the exchange(either refund money or exchange the phone with new one), then i have to go for offecial Notice by the Indian Government customer Complaindesk to NOKIA.

    Angry Problem with my handset

    They are provide very bad service to all of the customers

    I have nokia moblie my handset given some problems few month back ,
    when i went nokia service center aundh there engg said me your mobile curcuit is dead it was not repairable.

    I have repaired my mobile in local mobile reparing shop only in 50 rs.

    Seriously nokia provides very bas service.

    I am GORAKHNATH ADMANE my cell No 9405383883. I have purchased nokia 5233 Receipt No 1609 Dated 18/10/2010 in eSPACE COMMUNICATION Mobiles & laptos 28,Ali Bhai Tower, Shivaji Nagar NANDED Mobile No 9270527298.
    But In my handset the problam is there speakers are dead then i have go to shop then he say to me you go to nokia care centre in mahavir chowk then i am going to nokia care centre but they tell that company started new scheme and they tell that you have take scheme compulsary and then they give me warrenty but I have not take the scheme because I have not interested that scheme then he said to me i am not give service because you have not take that scheme.

    Note : If you have not give service unless I have go to consumer court and file the case.
