This is Chetna Gautam , I purchased nokia c503 phone on 05/07/11 and from september onwards i m facing problems with nokia c503.There is always a problem with this phone and i have thrice submitted this phone to nokia care(Tilak Nagar) center and every time it happened they called me up and said now its perfect and with in two-three days,same issue happen.

I want to register a complaint against disgusting service provided by nokia care center (M/S chhattisgarh electronics* (durg)) which is listed as one of the premium care centers in nokia website.


I took a nokia c6 phone to the nokia care center as there was a hearing problem in my phone they took my phone on 31-december-2011 and told me that they will send the phone to bangalore for repairing purpose.They gave me a job-sheet and 15 days time .After 12 days on 12-january-2012 they called me and told me to pick up my repaired phone from nokia care . When I took the phone the display was completely changed as it appeared new .Also the display quality was bad,it doesn't look like the way it should look when I handed them the phone.


When I took back the phone to nokia care and showed them the difference in display of a new c6 phone and display of my phone ,they refused to listen to me and said this was not there fault and they could do nothing on that.


What kind of a disgusting service center does this kind of activity.
Please help me in this regard.
