    Default complaint against reliance communication - sold connection by wrong committment

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    We have taken Five nos. CUG CDMA connections from your satyam reliance communication office, railway road karnal. The dealing person name onbehalf of you is Mr. Abhiskhek Bhatacharya (contact nos. 9316109233). They assure or committed us the following things as per our requirement/Purchase order.
    1. NJP-199 Plan With 100% CUG Waiver.
    2. The 100% CUG waiver between our total of ten nos. reliance connections holding with you.
    3. One silver nos. as because we are taking five new nos. The silver nos. (93555-51000) they confirm us at the time of given five nos. to us.
    Now Our Complaint is:-
    1. They provided us the very poor services regarding issuance of Five nos. CUG Connection, Most of the time they did’nt pick our calls. Our three nos. activated within a week and remaining two nos. activated after three weeks when we has given the purchase order.
    2. Now the one month passed away the Till Date Our CUG is not activated.
    3. They given us the new silver nos. Without informing us and activate the same which is 93541-13000 instead of their commitment for 93555-51000, which I had already given him in written in your form “ premium nos. Declaration Policy. They cheated us. And when we ask them about this, they are demanding more money to change the nos. while we had not given the request to him for 93541-13000.
    4. We have fed up from them and tired to take follow up from them. Neither they complete their commitments nor have they completed them on time. CUG is still pending, as one month passed away.
    5. We have noted our complaint to your reliance customer care already. But till date we have'nt received the favourable response.

    Now we are confirming you we will not pay any bill issue to us by reliance communication until our requirement will fulfill and (A) the nos. 93541-13000 would not changed by you, which is issue to us without informing us. They issue us the silver nos.93541-13000 by cheating us and (B) The 100% CUG Waiver activated on our ten reliance nos. holding with you. Now they are not picking our calls. They have given us only the poor services and the poor commitments.

    Pls. provide us your complete address, so according to which we can provide you the contact details of Reliance Company's Executive for your area, who is dealing with such kinds of complaints.

    Send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Wait for the response for at least 10 days because the Nodal officer will have to provide you any solution within 10working days. The address is:

    Dear Sir,

    you provided the addrees of nodel officer of bharti airtel limited while i have logged complaint for relaince communication. I have already logged complaint to nodel officer of reliance communication , chandigarh appprox one and half minth ago and many of times communicated with them. but till date they did'nt response and reslove the issue and i have also submitt the appeal form to their appeallet authority, they have also not given the response or any acknowledgement. please suggest.

    Angry complaint againest reliacne commnication services

    dear Sir/Madam

    myself shashi choudhary. i have two connection for mobile reliance. from last mounth i have face many time same problem(9354255661)Activate self many more pack and reduce the amount from cell without any intimation.after activation the pack no service no msg update on cell. what is this. last mounth reliace reduce the 51rs from cell for caller tune and 30 rs reduce for mantra pack. but this service was not activated from my cell.than i had compaint and than reliance refund the payment . with in 5days again 60rs reduce . tell me what i do.

    i don't want to take any servieces from reliance and no unwanted call.

    Unhappy sold connection by very worst commitment

    dear sir/madam

    your distributor which no. are 931025945,9310251952,he make call for selling the postpaid connection but he doesn't activate that particular no. and he also take money of rs.500
    and when we make call for him then he didn't pick my phone or pick and cut.

    Default mental harassment by ur rep

    i am also a sufferer at hands of reliance. self Major Rohit Gupta from kota lodges a complaint against Your rep(not naming) with mob No. 0352627600 for mental harrasment of me n my family by unrelentin calls n msgs. details r as under:

    i am/was ur customer with netconnect connection num 09351063906. my bills of jan n feb were due to be cleared. your rep approached me on 05 April 2010 to come to my office around 1815 hr. he didnot. he finally came on 06 april 10 to my office n showed d pending dues of my connection. v agreed to an amt of rs 1600 to be paid by me n get d connection deleted.

    Now the tale of mental harrasment of me n my family starts. your rep called 9 to 11 times on my mob num 09214449440 apart from number of msgs on 06 apr from 1830 - 1930 hr. the phn was wid my wife n she was busy wid another phn call where sum mishap(death) had taken place. ur rep kept callin, msgin. she called ur rep once she was free, around 1920 hr n gave my mob num - 9672610440(wid me in my office). i gave a call to ur rep n found him so demandin tht y havent i paid d bill till tht time. it was so shockin. still i told him tht i shall check up n let him know. i had sent my personnel but his bike got punctured n so the delay in payment. i paid rs 800 at ur reliance office on near adlabs, stn road, kota. i had to msg him the deatiled account. n when i returned home, checked up my mob(wid my wife-09214449440), i was taken aback by seeing so many calls n msgs askin the RECEIPT NUMBER. n in the night again a call at 2311 hr.

    next day on 07 apr, at 1020 hr, he's askin me y i paid only rs 800. i said, i shall pay the bal amt later, may be in even or 2 morro. his reply was to pay the bal immediately n he'll call again at 1300 hr to confirm. now this was ABNOXIOUS. i told him i shall pay n not to bother me by callin again n again. he's adamant to call at 1300 hr again. i had to clearly say NO to him n hang up the phn. he again called me n threatened me to speak to my Boss n asked his number. he's reminding me of my commitment to pay 1600 on 06 apr failin which he's authorised by reliance to mentally harass the people by continous callin them.

    r u at reliance screening the film"WANTED" to ur reps--commitment kar di to kar di.. then u must ask ur dear rep that on 05 apr he asked me to come to my office but he din turn n nor he was courteous enuf to call me back(m waitn in office in even for him)...do teach them this also please.

    regardin non-payment. i already had sent my personnel n spoken to ur rep at rel office at stn road, kota for settlin my dues n deletin my account on 03/04 apr. she told me she needed permission from ur main office near CAD circle, kota. she confirmed me to pay 1600 n settle the account. i still thot if i cud visit ur main office n pay afer some waive off(rs 150). On 06 apr ur rep(against whom i ve lodged the complaint) came to my office and told me option to upgrade to HSD n some low rental plans n i saw the drastic change in his attitude as i confirmed that i don want to continue. he just wanted to clear the bill as he mentined that it was his CLOSING day. i came home n discussed wid my wife n finally decided to pay rs 800 n then vis ur main office for details of low rental n how cud i upgrade to HSD. but it was a bizarre experience when i am gettin call from ur rep n straightway askin y the payment was nt made in full?????

    it had been a nightmare n abnoxious experience with reliance communications. it seems that u r just worried bout ur data/sales/peformances n just not at all even miniscule bothered for ur customers. with this missive, i submit to ur appropriate authority that if it's only the money u n ur organisation is after, i shall clear the bill at the latest but u must teach n adhere to some humane norms also. ur rep has caused mental harrasment to my family n that can adequately be proven n challenged, which shall i. as such u have lost ur one customer 4 evr. n please keep in mind----this can always be beginning.

    please do take appropriate action against ur concerened rep n intimate me the same.

    Default Complant against the Reliance HSD data card.

    Hi All,

    I hve purchase a reliance Data Card & executive told me sir your Plan will be activated with in 2 yrs. Now its past 72 hrs & my connection is not activated & executive did not pick my Phone. so i inform all of you don't take any reliance data card.
