i want to chang from postpaid to prepaid connection. i m using postpaid from last 3months. i m not happy with the service of postpaid. my complaint is that they are saying that it will convert after 6month, i have read all there tearm and condition, in that it is not mantion any where. i have the copy of there T&C. even they are saying that your deposit will be refundable after 1yr if u have the post paid connection. even this is not mantion in there T&C.

when i communicated with vodafone person they told me that it is not write so. you r bracking companys contract. even you have to be the customer of them for one year is not mantion in there T&C.

if custome make any mistake we have to follow the contact and if company brack there is no contact for them to follow.

please hepl me regarding the same. i hope you will give me the best solution and will stop such nonson from company side.
