    Thumbs down IRRESPOSIBLE PEOPLE in Hutch care/ customer care

    I rechared my cell on 14 th of Aug. 2009 and i got the validity for only 2-3 hrs then there was no validity the very next morning . I called up to the highly irresposible people whether working or not really dont know , one of the person from the hutch care asked my problem and said one rubbish reason and said mam your cell will be on in next 2 days , I trusted them and waited for 2 days but still after 2 days I didnt get any validity I was not able to call anyone , there was no incoming or outgoing , even my messgs were barred . I again called up to them talked humbly to please take some action regarding this problem , but again one more reason from the other side ''yes mam there is some technical problem it will be solved in 4 days''. Like this I called them again after 4 days but the same old stupid reason. By that time I was tired of saying the same problem to them I blasted them saying now i am going to complain to the consumer court , they said yes mam carry on but by 3 days you will definetely get the validity , as usual i didnt get the validity. This was the last time i called up to them they said by today evenving you will get the validity but no validity nothing still those people are trying or not trying to solve my validity problem i really dont understand the way they are helping people , or just sleeping there dreaming . Then at last i called up to them one of the great lady said by today evening you will get the validity and if not then go to the near by recharging centre, oh at last after 10- 12 days they got up from the deep sleep and gave some advice to me. I went to the recharge centre where i had recharged my cell on 14th of Aug and my problem solved within seconds.

    Default irresponsible customer care services - Idea telecom

    I requested to changed my idea prepaid number to postpaid number in local idea offices. Initially they said it will take only 3 working days to do the same, but its been more than 1 month to track, its not done. More over my prepaid number is not at all working and in the same post paid sim, they have on holded the services for incoming and outgoing both. thay have barred my messages too. when i enquired about it, its coz of verfication pending, later on when completed my idntity verification, the person who came to visit for verification submit the wrong report that, i was not present when they came for verification. whenever i called to customer care or talk to my local front office candidate, they didnt proper track the situation, giving the false hope that, today it will get release and all. From last 1 month I am facing this problem. i talked to Nodal office also but no response. Just wanted to knw the process to put complaint in the consumer court.

    For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Pls. provide us your complete residential address as soon as possible, to get the contact details of your Area Circle, Nodal officer.
