    Default complaint against vodafone customer services

    i have a vodafone number 9988134456 on which every month services which are not required by me are activated and the charges are deducted from my account. Every time i have to contact customer care and deactivate the service and ask for refund. However within few hours the same service is again activated and same process is repeated. There have been instances when i have tried for hours together to contact customer care but not been able to get through.

    Pls. provide us your complete address, so according to which we can provide you the contact details of your area's Vodafone Company's Executive who is dealing with such kinds of complaints.

    Default Vodafone is Harrassing me...

    I had a requirement of postpaid connection. I contacted vodafone on to convert my prepaid to postpaid and had given them all the required documents along with Rs. 500 for security on 17th August 09. One of their guys visited my place for verification and assured me that within 72 hours my connection will be activated but improper response from this fraud vodafone and its incapable criminal executives..Help me out if you can.....

    For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Pls. provide us your complete residential address as soon as possible, to get the contact details of your Area Circle, Nodal officer.

    Angry fake commitment by vodafone executive

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    One of the vodafone executive named Mr Shashikant made a false commitment for a new connection that i took on 29th Sept. 2009.
    He had told me that i can make usage of 500rs/month and for that i won't receive any bill but on 12th October i received my bill and now my services are barred.

    i tried to call the concerned person but he is not atending my call.
    i tried to call from other no. as well but then he disconnects.

    Kindly look forward to this complain.

    Default unwanted services rendered without having requested for the same

    I am maj dinesh kumar bhadra and my mobile no(vodafone) is 9646583865 which I activated some time during Aug 2009. Since then I have been offered with various subscriptions like caller tunes, astro pack, voice mail etc without having requested for and charges deducted accordingly. On contacting the customer care number, 09888098880, I was advised to call some other number, which ofcourse, wont be a free call, and then deactivate the concerned service. In view of above, I have the following aspects of the services provided by vodafone.

    1. Unwanted services offered and then subscription deducted.

    2. Procedure for deactivation of such unwanted services again not free of cost and charged suitably, instead of seeking an apology for the inconvienience caused to customer.

    3. The refund for the amount deducted as subscription for those unwanted services is again not hastle free and requires several unattended yet charged calls to concerned authorities who keep tossing the call from one desk to another and finaly end up having rendered hollow assurances of refunds.

    In view of above, I request that such practices should be curved so as to avoid inconvinience to customer. The matter becomes even serious with customers who are incapable of even lodging such complaints and ,thereby, unable to run from pillar to post for just refund of his or her hard earned money, for eg a rickshaw wala, and people like them.

    Default Request for disconnection of Vodafone No.

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I want disconnect my vodafone no. 9920116129 as such there is no plan
    in Postpaid for roaming and i dont want go for prepaid plan.due to this
    reason i want disconnect the vodafone no. before starting the next
    bill.(before 11/11/2009).

    Kindly check & confirm.
    Pls do reply as soon as possible.

    This is Nancy,

    I really want to discuss the matter with you guys.

    My Number is 9899511401,Nancy Khandelwal..

    I am using vodafone from previous 7 years.I want to tell you, your's vodafone excecutive working very badly and spoiling the name of vodafone.

    My regarding is I had gave a request on 12 nov(starting) and till 19 nov is not get Processed.
    My request is to stop my hard copy on my Billing address But I didnt get a kind Response from your executives.I want to use the name of your's executive.

    I had spoken with, first person is Amit Goyal on 12 nov,and he given me this information that he already give the request for stop bill.As I know my bill generate date is 10 nov But it is also possible to stop my bill on 12 nov.Because I got this information also that the bill will get dispatch after 4 days.

    But One by one your executive have given me wrong information.The name of the executives is First Amit goyal second om prakash..and you can check till 19 nov except Sameer.

    Some matter informtion I get with Sameer.But Again I get a misguide from Rachna and Manoj.

    and atlast I had a word with vikas (the team leader).

    And I thing this type of misguide will not receive again from vodafone.

    iam a student i bought a new sim card in 26/11/2009 but i cant make a call from it .my mobile number is 9645551992 . i call the custmr care on all days they told me the problem will solve tomarow itself this answer is continuing. but now my call to custmr care is not connected i want to complaint against their disinterest

    sir/mam,
    i m umesh(no. 9999902888) who has bought your postpaid connection on 1/12/09 from your vodafone outlet at ansal Plaza. Firstly the no. for which i registered had been alloted to some one else because of which i had lot of inconvenience. Now when i have taken another no. on 2/12/09, as they said it should have got activated within 4 hours but till now it hasn't got activated. i m sick and tired of this poor service provided by you. I had opted for your connection with a hope that i will have better services but you are proving me wrong. kindly look into yhe matter and do the needful.
