    Default After more than year also vodafone is not returning my refund back

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I had vodafone post paid connections. Mobile number: 9986017301.
    I had deposited Rs 3000 as advance for ISD connections. I have closed this connection for more than year before.
    I had given the wriiten application for closing this connections at Kommannahalli, bangalore vodafone service office.
    I didnot pay the last months bill before closing the connection. The amount was around 1200Rs and i was supposed to get back the remaining 1800Rs within 15 days.

    But after more than year, i have not received any call from them or update. I went to there office five times and they are just telling that it is under process.

    I donot know now how to get back my money.

    my Vodafone no. is 9999833867 and i have submitted my bill to collection executive of Vodafone,but when my payment is not updated than i called to customer care to ask why my payment is not updated so than that person tolled me that do not submit your bill to executive,but i shocked when he reply me like that so this is the only solution of this.
    and today is 10th day of submission of payment but yet not updated please help..

    Angry Caller tune servic

    Myself shalini, i have a vodafone number i.e 9999216553. since three months i am again and again follow up with the customer care to just de-activate my caller tune. but every time i hear that this service will be deactivate within 24 hours, 5 hours, one hour. i dont understand why they are unable to give customer service. in addition to this two times rental charges has been deducted and caller tune charges also. i am just fed up.Is this the service they are providing to the customer.
    kindly do the needfull as earliest as possible otherswise i should take strict action.

    Default activation of mci alert withouut any request for activation

    my no is 9780155755, mci services have been started in my phne at 9pm.today,i ve not registerd or sent any request for its activation.money has been deducted,i want my money back......immediately

    Question Compaint against not providing proper service.

    Respected sir/medum,

    I would like to inform you that your vadafoe services fail to fullfill the customer need and satisfaction.
    I had purchase a vodafone post paid card on 8/8/2010.having a no. 9920192010 providing sufficient documents and submitting relevent form of subscription from vodafone gallery located at ghatkoper(W).
    a girl attending me her name was Snehal. she gave a post card package contang sim card and said your card will get activated within 4 hour.but card not get activated on the next day too. I reach to gallery in the evening time with compalint she again asked for other documents which i submetted.since i am working from 6 to 9 it wouldnt possible for me to go their again and again.still I called to gallery with same compaint they again add the word they will send a person to my office address for verification but they have not comitted to thier word.

    Finally after a weak I reach to gallery on 14/08/2010 with a request of refunding my fair.I dont understand why are not refundind my money. Is this the policy you are dealing with.hope that you will come out with a solution.

    I Am Using Vodafon Prepaid No 7837042941 and 7837042946 from three months. vodafon deduct my balance many times of both numbers without any reasons. and i complaint a lot of times but resolution is Out, So i have Extremely Request To You To Sort My problem Soon and Please Back My Deducted Money. and One Thing More ,If i Called in Vodafone Customer Care but They Alwayz sayy the This Service is Activated by You we Are Not Responsible For This, and They Have Really Bad Taking Way,

    I regret to inform you that, your customer care service employee by name Mr. Basavanappa Murari doesn't have courtesy to speak properly and hang up the Phone. My cell no: 98860 88597 (Kashinath) when i spoke to him on 21st Saturday 2010 regarding the deducted some amt from my perpaid currency. i like inform you, when you send a message stating that service message it does not include any deduction message, a person having a small set without having any internet connectivity / downloading or loading, if they press OK either it will be loading or downloading it has no effect on above said cell, but they have deducted the amount. When i spoke to Mr. Murari he said please contact nodel officer the same as been contected and put on hold for 10 miniutes. after 15 minitues it was disconnected.

    My name Shahid My mobile No is 9953757050 i have purchased one postpoid conection from Mas Callnet India Pvt Ltd located at B-24 Okhla industrial Area Phase -2. he said that u number has been activated within 72 hours but my number is not activated. I call to Mass Callnet India Pvt Ltd but he alreadys says that tomorrow your number has been activate but number is not activated.
    please help me

    Default Incoming Numbers not showing!

    I would like to get your notice towards the issue that I have been facing with Vodafone, Cell # 9886548018.
    I have this connection since the last 8 years and now I have been facing the worst service that could be ever provided.
    The issue is that Vodafone has blocked my incoming calls number flashing with the result; I am not able to identify the caller.
    I often get official calls on this number and incase I miss any call of my senior; I am not able to call back since the incoming number does not flash.
    I have been complaining to Vodafone about this since the last 5 days and have lodged complaints & even spoken to their senior manager, Namely Sandhya M.
    She too like everyone else promised that the issue would get resolved at any cost before midnight yesterday
    But, despite of so many interactions with them all I get is “HOLLOW PROMISES & pathetic customer service.”
    I am really fed up of the unprofessional attitude and no ability to resolve the customer issue of the Vodafone staff.
    Guess, they are just trained to give hollow promises & not work at all.
    Just spoke to another supervisor called Ismail who tells me " DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO DO, THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED AS YET" These bastards are so rude and you feel like slapping them.
