    My new no 9819860399 has not been activated yet. I submitted the documents about 10 yrs earlier. Tell me what is the problem in activating my account. Pl... I urgently need this activated

    Default Is it my fault

    Dear sir. My vodfone no. is 9736120081. I got the number recharged from your una (himachal pradesh) mini store on 14th may 2010 for Rs. 111 only and got the message that Rs. 120 have been added to your account. Again just after 5 minutes, I got an other recharge from the same place for Rs. 36 to change my scheme to 1 paisa per minute and again got the message for the same in my mobile. But unfortunately, my account balance is shown to be 0 when ever I send a message to *141# and it says that you recharge the mobile immediately. I lodged a complaint with your ministore at una (Mr. Vikas is the incharge there) on 15th may 2010 and got the assurance that my amount will be added and the mistake corrected within 24 hours. But till date nothing has happened. I am not finding myself to call any person using this number. I have tried to contact the vodafone persons through the mini store and they say that the number validity is over. If the number validity was over, how is it that the vodafone number was credited with the above mentioned amount. Is this the way the multi-national company is going to deal his customer and increase its business?????????????????????????????....satdev

    due to respect, i would request u that since from last 7 days the deliar mr patel in kandiwali (w) mumbai 67 is not comming to my shop for any top up recharge . becouse of that my coustomer facing problem
    when ever we call in ofice they are passing the phone. plz justice us

    due to respect, i would request u that since from last 7 days the deliar mr patel in kandiwali (w) mumbai 67 is not comming to my shop for any top up recharge . becouse of that my coustomer facing problem
    when ever we call in ofice they are passing the phone. plz justice us

    Dear Sir,
    Thanks for your immediate response in respect to my earlier mail dated 14thMay (no 124)and in other days. One executive from m/s Vodaphone contacted me over phone(911142528069) at about 05.21 pm on 19.05.2010 to resolve the matter. The minutes of discussion may please be recorded. She assured me that the access of my line for music junction was not activated and she was surprised on the matter of money deduction from my account. She further assured that, she would enquire the matter and appropriate steps would be taken.
    Regarding disturbance created by unwanted sms and unwanted dialing for collar tone by vodaphone every now and then:- She was insisting for registration under DND. But I denied the matter and replied that operator has got no right to disturb its customer and more over these short of displaying is nothing but advertisement and I would not allow any advt through my instrument and if require I am ready to move for legal action.It is surprising that the operator did not seek my permission for such calls and now how they can expect of DND?

    So, my question is why PRAJAKTA not tell me that problem on 29/Marh/2010. It could have save lots of time of mine.
    My total time spent in that gallary is 6.37Hrs for normal issue.

    If executive doesn't know the main root of the problem, they shouldn't be OVERSMART . It will lost customer's valuable time.

    Unhappy Non Activation of Post Paid Vodaphone Connection

    I am Lt Col RK Mishra posted at Army HQ. I had paid Rs 250 & submitted neccessary documents to an outlet at Bapu Dham market at SP Marg. I gave them a No(belonging to new Delhi for verifying my details. The agent involved is one Mr Ishwar(9811959511) & I was given a SIM & allotted 9999976340 as my new No. The SIM never got activated & on contacting Mr Ishwar through tele I was assured that it will get activated. It has been 5 days & the SIM has not been activated. The vodaphone agent who called for verifying my details from the No I had given did not introduce her & addressed the contact by a different name. Citing this as the basis they continue to deny the activation of the mob SIM. I have spent more on calling these agents & requesting for doing the needful. It seems that they have found it as a means to earn by eating away the security deposit & then blocking the SIM. If this is the treatment given to a bonafide Govt officer I dont know how will they be dealing with others.

    Default Harrasing me

    vadofone calls me 10 to 15 times in a days . which disturbes me. i trid to contact coustmer care and answer is not satisfactory . and call is not stoping . And vadafone activated my caller tone services without my permission . i asked to coustmer care. but vadafone not stopped my services of caller tone.

    I am Abhishek Kumar and I am using your Vodafone for last few of months. In March, I tried to open your "My Vodafone". But the home page didn't opened. I was thinking that, may be this is a server problem. But now I am again trying to open this still it's not working. Your site is not working well.

    Please do something for this.
