    Default Fraudulent deduction of balance from my mobile account / misbehave and mental harass

    Hi all,

    This is to bring your kind attention to the Fraudulent transaction in misbehave/mental harassment done to me by vodafone india

    today the 6th of march 2010 a sum of Rs30 was deducted from my mobile 9988652262 (balance) without any prior notification twice when i called customer care dept. they disconnected the call without even listening to me. the third time when i called up the CCE took the call and logged the complaint and informed me that he don't have any reason for the deduction and the action can be taken only after 24 hours then i found that a caller tune is assigned to my mobile number without my concern.

    the very first concern was that my balance went to -ve and i was help less as i was about to make an urgent call. the second concern was that the caller tune was placed on my official number which i never wanted.

    this was a situation which i faced the second time in last 10 days

    i called the nodal officer of vodafone regarding the same matter as i wanted my balance back and the caller tune to be deactivated immediately
    but Mr. Vivek(nodal officer) without listening to the full concern said "I CANNOT HELP U" and disconnected the call. looking to his designation i called him again to brief him about the issue he threatened me and asked me not to disturb him. i pleaded over the phone that i want my balance as i have to make very very urgent call from my mobile Mr. vivek then said "I CANNOT HELP U AND THIS IS NOT MY CONCERN DO WHAT EVER U FEEL LIKE I AM NOT BOTHERED ABOUT IT" and rudely disconnected the call.

    due to this whole episode i was not able to make a call to my Father who was waiting for me on bus stop faraway for last 2.30 hrs even i felt humiliated and harassed due to the unhelpful nature of the NODAL OFFICER.

    I request u all to look in the matter and take action for the same

    Thumbs down Charging for IVR

    Vodafone is charging for the Voice support.
    Only when I called to number 111 I came to know about charging some 30/50 Paise for 3 minutes.
    This information I received just before my call was being transferred to Voice support.
    There was no prior declaration of it neither in news paper nor SMS nor any mode of communication in mass way.
    Vodafone informs about rest all services by mass communication way but this vodafone has not informed through any mass communication mode.
    For using there product and to get information about it vodafone is charging money which is not ethical.
    Request you to please confirm or provide details in which TRAI has given permission for such charging.

    My Mobile no. is 9930317191 & 9920902203,

    Today Date :- 06 April 2010, I got call from Vodafone Legal Department no. is 022 32957807 , 02232662511 , 02226352179,
    regarding the payment issue my bill due date is 12 of every month, my credit limit is 12000, there has three girls she is telling that your freind is shibu pandey his bill is due of Rs. 2000/- . i told him to call on his cell no. after this word she is using very bad word like "chutiye, madhar@@@@@ bharwa, jab gand mein dam nahi tha to vodafone ka connection kyon liya". can you tell me this a right way to talk ?????.

    after this i disconnect the call again she called me on my second no. she is telling you are froad i am going to disconnect your no.

    so Please take the action regarding this. otherwise i am going to disconnect my both numbers.
    I already given this complain to Vodafone Store Kharghar & Kharghar Police Station.

    So Please do something.

    sum guy in vodo phone he had miss guyed me 4 net activatio to my mobil and i hve clled up again 2 customer care hve lonched my complent but no one is responsing 2 me and my num is 9916442242 pls cll me up and slove my problem

    Default Regarding Complaint to vodafone

    i Ram sakal singh bought a new sim card in 13/04/2010 but i cant make a call from it .my mobile number is 09918526335 . i call the custmr care on all days they told me the problem will solve tomarow itself this answer is continuing.then i went to vodaphone shop there i came to know that the sim that was issued is being wrong entered by the vodafone person, suffered for this for three day but no action has bein taken , i want to know that if this type of services provide by vodafone then i am sorry to say that i have to leave vodafone services 7 as i have 7-8 phone conection for my office use i have to discontiniou that nos also bcoz i got lots of losses due to this type of services . kindly go through this complaint otherwise i have to take some action .

    Vodafone Service Delhi deducted Rs 30.00 against MCI on Date 25.04.10 at 4.28 Hrs. without any information.

    You are requested to Return the deducted amounts in Vodafone Sim No. 9873579040 at the earliest with in 12.00 Hrs.

    Otherwise we shall stop the ten vodafone sims of our staff within 24.00 Hrs.

    jo services activate he nahi usme paisa kat hota hai,

    I have been using the number 98200 49761 for last 6 years and I never felt satisfied with the service level from Vodafone. No one ever bothered to take a feedback !!! So, no improvements...customer continues to suffer.

    Recently, I have been mis-guided by so called the relationship manager ....it is extremely bad and unethical business practice.

    The major issue is that no senior managers from Vodafone is ever approachable and only junior supervisors speak to customers and they are of no use.

    The call centres...I need not have to mention any. They would do whatever been told to him as a recorded machine. They are not sensitive enough and cannot resolve any customer issues.

    Default Regading services alerts

    Dear sir,

    As i am getting daily services alerts, for example job alerts, songs suddenly added to my caller id, without prior information , so in that my amount which i recahrged is getting deducted , so plz look in to the matter seriously and close this issue as quick as possible. As i don't need any job alerts or else any song as my caller id.

    Default Complaint against the Vodafone Custoemr Service

    Vodafone is giving the worst customer service . I would advice the other users who are planning to get the vodafone no. should not subscribe for their service .
    I have made the payment of my mobile but still for last week my service has not been restored . Its not only the customer service on the phone but also vodafone stores doesnt know anything about it . and they provide worst customer service
    they should change their statement of happy to help they are not at all happy
    and ofcourse doesnt know how to help

    My phone was continuously disconnected by the following agents
    1. Sanju
    2. Karan
    3. Devender
    4. Kapil

    And they didnt transfer the call at all to their superviser and they were rude


    Belive me guys you should not take their connection .
