This is to bring your kind attention to the Fraudulent transaction in misbehave/mental harassment done to me by vodafone india
today the 6th of march 2010 a sum of Rs30 was deducted from my mobile 9988652262 (balance) without any prior notification twice when i called customer care dept. they disconnected the call without even listening to me. the third time when i called up the CCE took the call and logged the complaint and informed me that he don't have any reason for the deduction and the action can be taken only after 24 hours then i found that a caller tune is assigned to my mobile number without my concern.
the very first concern was that my balance went to -ve and i was help less as i was about to make an urgent call. the second concern was that the caller tune was placed on my official number which i never wanted.
this was a situation which i faced the second time in last 10 days
i called the nodal officer of vodafone regarding the same matter as i wanted my balance back and the caller tune to be deactivated immediately
but Mr. Vivek(nodal officer) without listening to the full concern said "I CANNOT HELP U" and disconnected the call. looking to his designation i called him again to brief him about the issue he threatened me and asked me not to disturb him. i pleaded over the phone that i want my balance as i have to make very very urgent call from my mobile Mr. vivek then said "I CANNOT HELP U AND THIS IS NOT MY CONCERN DO WHAT EVER U FEEL LIKE I AM NOT BOTHERED ABOUT IT" and rudely disconnected the call.
due to this whole episode i was not able to make a call to my Father who was waiting for me on bus stop faraway for last 2.30 hrs even i felt humiliated and harassed due to the unhelpful nature of the NODAL OFFICER.
I request u all to look in the matter and take action for the same
