    Default vodafone call drop issue

    hi,
    I am using vodafone postpaid service for the number 9986960306 from the past 1.5 yrs. Whenever im talking in phone, it will disconnect in the middle of the call. So i need to call again to the same number. Due to that, I lossed much amount. I have paid all the amount every month. I have complained to vodafone customer care regarding the issue. They are told me that it will resolve soon. But no action taken place and the problem exist till now. So finally I decided not to use the service. Due to bad service , they agreed to discount some amount. I have paid 2700/- for 3300/-. They have discounted 600/- .
    After aborted the service, now they are asking to pay the discounted amount. Please help me regarding this.

    Default Fraud by Vodafone

    Vodafone has *automatically* activated Caller tune service for my connection. They said it was free for a month. Now after a month I am *automatically* charged 30 rs as rental though I didnt ask for it. The customer care is very rude. After 3 calls and waiting for 5 mins in each call, I am told it is my mistake.

    The worst part is everyday I get atleast 6-10 spam messages (SMS) and also calls. This should also stop.

    I plan to sue Vodafone in the consumer court for having charged me without my consent and also for spamming me.

    Default postpaid to prepaid migration - Vodafone, Karnataka (Indiranagar, Bangalore)

    Hi,

    This is regarding request for postpaid to prepaid migration under Vodafone, Karnataka for mobile number 09886834021. I was using this connection as postpaid user since last 3 years. I visited Vodafone, Indiranagar store to convert this number to prepaid connection. I was straight away denied saying not possible. When I insisted for same, I was given nodel officer's contact detais.
    Mail requesting postpaid to prepaid migration was sent on Jan/18/2010. In followup call, representative denied saying 'postpaid to prepaid migration' not possible. I insisted to give me in written cause for same but never given to me. Since then lot of followup mails and same conversation, only thing changed was representative's name. To the date (Mar/18/2010) there is no solution for same.
    Vodafone is really careless about customer and completely ignoring TRAI consumer protection guidelines.

    Could you please help me to file complaint against vodafone for violating TRAI guidelines, improper service in consumer court and TRAI? I have all mails sent to Vodafone Nodel officer with replies by nodel officer.

    ive been customer of vodafone i have few problems in past like sending me wrong mobile phones and ended up returning them and replacing with wrong handset yet again

    that i lalit kumar res. Of waves ludhiana my cell no.9780050997.
    That as on 15.03.10 vodafone co. Has deduct rs.40 from from my account
    and said that a caller tune service has activate on your cell without my
    any request. And when i call customer care they miss behaive me ..and say jo kar sakta he kar le...please help me as soon as possible....thanks

    Default dissatisfactory response of employee

    To whomsoever it may concern
    I am highly dissatisfied by the response given by employees working at Vodafone Store,Navyug Market,ghaziabad specially Miss Vandana. I want a vodafone number(9899558265) to be closed and for the same i have been visiting there many times and this employee gives me a wrong information each time. She is always busy chatting on phone and does not attend her customers sincerely.Inspite of clearing all bills and presence of documents they are not ready to close the number and it will charge me an extra rental charge of one month if they delay the closing.
    Kindly take proper action against this otherwise i regert to say that i will have to move to consumer forum.

    Default Number got disconnected without any notification although is was fully paid.

    Below are the bunch of mails which I had handy with me, in which you can find :-

    1. NOC from Designers Point India Pvt. Ltd to transfer my Nos to Panchanan-Karol Bagh
    2. NOC from Panchanan Karol Bagh to transfer my No. to HP India Sales-Gurgaon
    3. My request to come and take documents for Gurgaon address transfer and mail from your office containing details of documents, which they already had collected around one year back but unfortunately nothing updated till date.

    It is very said that although all the necessary information along with required documents were submitted to your officials on time whenever required, but no action was and is taken from your related department till date and it is very frustrating from a customer side and I myself had given matrix/Vodafone corporate connections twice at my own efforts and I am the one who is suffering for this support.

    Although all my dues for below mentioned nos were cleared on time always but on regular basis my phones were disconnected because my previous company members haven’t paid their dues. I have to take is as a threat that I have only one option and I work for your collection otherwise my serviced will be barred.

    I had sent you specific mails to understand the case and hope at least this time someone will come up-front and close this very simple and easy case.

    NOW- again I am requesting you to please transfer my below mentioned nos to below mentioned address:-

    I have a vodafone prepaid no 9825192192 gujarat on which certain callertune got started unintentionally.I immediatedly called customer care for help. They guided me to cancel but refused to reverse the amount charged. I would like to know whether they can charge without any warning & also without actually using their charged service?

    Angry Complaint for executive, dombivili(w). (executive-prajakta)

    I am customer of vodafone since last 6 years. Many times i had faced bad experince in vodafone gallery. The executives in vodafone gallery are not capable to solve customer issues.
    I was using mobile no(9833590043 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting@@@@@@@@@@@@@@98335 90043@@@@@@end_of_the_skype_highlighting) but because of some reason i could not continue it , after 6 months i need it.
    But when i went to vodafone gallery in dombivili(w). I met PRAJKTA on 29th Marh 2010, she told me that i have to pay RS.25 for new card with same no. i demand photoid proof. After providing all procedure correctly she told me that within 2 hours my card will activate. But it hadn't, so on 30th March 2010, she replace that new card and promise the same as earlier. Problem is same on that day also. So, again in went on 31/Marh/2010 and met KHUSHAL, that gentleman told me that, problem is differnt. He showed me comments which marketing team sent.
    So, my question is why PRAJAKTA not tell me that problem on 29/Marh/2010. It could have save lots of time of mine.
    My total time spent in that gallary is 6.37Hrs for normal issue.

    If executive doesn't know the main root of the problem, they shouldn't be OVERSMART . It will lost customer's valuable time.

    Default Call Alerts not requested and still charged

    Hi,

    I have been using Vodaphone for past 10 yrs and for past 5 months i have been charged for bhakti sagar alerts which i never requested for. All i get is little trainedd customer service agents who are too lethargic to read the notes or comlete the documentation. They refuse to deactivate the service and refund my money. This is an ongoing pain.

    The only resolution now seems is to switch over to another subscriber.

    I am Santosh Kulkarni staying in Mansarovara, Jaipur

    actually I am from Bangalore, recently settled in Jaipur ( Rajasthan) I had purchaged vodafone sim from one of the dealer in "C scheme" and I had given voter Id as a proof, after one week my connection has been disconnected due to document not reached to Vodafone office, again I went and submitted my document in the same shop and connection was ok for one week but again disconnected due to unknown reason. at that time I had shifted my room to Mansarovar. one day I went to Vodafone store in New Sangenar and submitted my Id proof to Mr Ashok ( Vodafone exicutive) and I waited for four days but connection didnt got activated, again I went and met Mr Ashok , he has kept my document with him and he forgot to activate, he activated when I start shouted on him.

    when I thought everything has been solved but after few days again same problem, again I went to Vodafone shop and met Mr. Ashok and this time he was telling that there is a problem in your Id proof since it has been rejected and he was asking to give ID proof again. This time I don’t have any hope on Vodafone and I kept my Sim disconnected. but my question is when I called customer care they simply telling your Id proof not treached, they would have told me there is a problem in the id proof and I would have been given different one right?
    I dont want this Vodafone service but I want my 170 rupees balance amount return plus the amount what I have lossed on this issue.

    Please give me a justice in this

    This is the worst situation I ever faced from any service provider.

    I strongly believe that Vodafone is working on a mission to Make all Satisfied Customers to Disatisfied Customers.

    And I am a victim of it. NOW I FEEL VODAFONE IS THE WORST EVER I SAW IN MY LIFE.

    My Phone number is NINE(9) SIX(6) TWO(2) ZERO(0) ZERO(0) THREE(3) TWO(2) ZERO(0) ZERO(0) ZERO(0), this number belongs to bangalore, Karnataka.

    Please do the needful to get my issues resolved.
