First of all, I was given a completely illogical and unreasonable bill of September month. After requesting several times, call center executive promised me that they will remove all the unreasonable charges and again send the bill, till today I have not received that. My vodafone SIM's outgoing was deactivated and later on incoming was also deactivated, But vodafone still continued sending bill for non-existing SIM connection.
I am still receiving illogical billls by different employees with different subject, at different time with same legal threat. It seems there no communication between vodafone employees. Every third day, I am getting mail from different vodafone employees, who has no idea about my case. I have called vodafone legal department employees and requested to send reasonable bill and still waiting for their response. Instead I got mail some other person with same copy-paste mail. It seems employees do not check the mail thread and completly unaware about the case.
If vodafone employees thinks that they can charge any amount from their customer on the basis on illogical bills and legal threats, then let me clearify that such unethical business practice would certainly backfire. Lot of mobile companies are coming with better schemes and attitude and vodafone no longer would remain in competition.
I am no longer interested in Vodafone services, nore any of my friend. I don't want to receive any of mails in any of my personal or official ids from vodafone. In case you have any issue we can resolve it any of the consumer forum. In case, I am being forced to take legal action, only vodafone would be resposible for that.

I'm Manik Jain having postpaid connection 09564604840 (registered at Asansol Address). The connection is active from Oct. 2009 but suddenly on 5th feb. 2010 morning the phone stopped working when I was in Delhi NCR.
I called Vodafone customer care on 05/02/2010 and explained the lady on the line the whole problem and asked her to registered the complained but she refused to register the complaint and casually informed that the problem will be solved in 4 hours an dsuch thing are commen.
I waited for another 2 day but NO help came. On 7th Feb I went to another state Uttrakand & found that the phone started working and on my returning to Delhi NCR on 09th Feb. it stopped working again.
From 10th Feb. 2010 I have been continuously after Vodafone customer care spending money on calling this service but unfortunately no solution could be provided till today 13th Feb. 2010.
I have been after them and I have 2 complaint no. 979362644 & 97956327 against which complaints are registered but no solution only assurance.
The vodafone customer care executives are rude & uncaring and donot believe in providing any support . They only pass there time coming to the company & charging customer their hard earn money without providing any services
I demand a compensation of Rs. 1,00,000/- from Vodafone for giving me mental trauma & making loss in my professional work.

I am really very fed-up with your poor service in haridwar . As i am
regular customer for of Vodafone from last 3 year's so please do the
needful otherwise i have to knock the law for my pulse charges or
terminate your services.
Every time i call to your vodafone customer care for the network
problem then they just saying that your call is being forwarded to the
concern person & will be sorted out as soon as possible but till date
there is no improvement.

sir my name is manish kumar i am from punjab , distt barnala town dhanaula , i have vodafone no from last many years , sir i am in problem from vodafone , its not a problem its crime from vodafone to me, vodafone start caller tone to my mobile no 9888580165 at last month , i stop it by sending sms as per your coustmer care , but after one month co does not stop it now on date 8 /2 /10 , i stop it and ask to custmer care , they ask me its stop in 24 hours and give me one complait no , but on date 11/2/10 my 3 rs cut continusly , i again ask on custmer care , ur repersetive give me other complait no and ask me wait 24 hours and ,he ask me that now its close for whole life, and he feel sorry for 8/2/10, and now so shame on vodafone at 14/2/10 co cut again 3 rs and dt stop my caller tone , what can i do , after two two complait nos u dt have any responcibilty to stop it , can i go to court or go to other way or in media, whats falt of me tel me , why u dt stop it , why u cut my balance, plz give me waiver of my all money and stop it immedately, thanks manish kumar

I am using (Blackberry) Vodafone services from last 1 year. I was a very very happy customer all these days.
Recently I lost my Blackberry Phone and got back with a proper investigation.
When I lost the phone I made a request to disable the outgoing calls on 28 FEB 2010 evening 6 PM.
Next day when I got my mobile back I called the Customer care and requested to Activate the services. (9 AM)
After 2 hours again the services are disabled. I called again and requested to activate the connection.
Around 1 AM of 1st Mar 2010 the service again disabled. I called and requested to activate. They replied that the servers of Vodafone are upgrading and will not help me upto next morning.
Next morning I requested again to activate the services. They addressed in another 2 hours.
Now today I called Customer Care on 111 and 98860 98860 to dissable alerts which got activiated all of a sudden.
The IVR messages asks the input and whatever I select it will not reach the customer care executive.
Also I tried from different mobile and it reaches.
This is the worst situation I ever faced from any service provider.
I strongly believe that Vodafone is working on a mission to Make all Satisfied Customers to Disatisfied Customers.
And I am a victim of it. NOW I FEEL VODAFONE IS THE WORST EVER I SAW IN MY LIFE.
My Phone number is NINE(9) SIX(6) TWO(2) ZERO(0) ZERO(0) THREE(3) TWO(2) ZERO(0) ZERO(0) ZERO(0), this number belongs to bangalore, Karnataka.
Please do the needful to get my issues resolved.
