    Angry vodafone customer services are really cheating the customer

    vodafone customer services suckssssssssssss............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    they always charge me for those services which are not availed by me
    and the query of mine are always tackled in very yugly manner
    even the executives are moreover block my access to vodafone customer service care executive centre access..
    what sholud i do , plz help.....

    Default balance deducted by vodafon

    hello i m atul agnihotri from amritsar. my vodafone mobile no is 8054142232..on 30 nov 2009 without giving me any notification they deducted my rs 30 from my balance and send me a sms that ur stock alerts are activated ..and my balance goes to balance ..i was out of my home ..i had to make some emergency calls..and i couldnt do that because balance was in negetive..i had face very much problems that day..vodafone customers cares are not listening my problems ..they had cutt off my line of customer care..i want to lodge complaint agains them to court..and also want my balance with all ecemptions which they had made to me..pls lodge complaint and return my balance..thanking u..

    Question vodafone corporate coneetion

    (1.) From strat when i got this nomber your excutive/ customer care people/mobile alert/ customer manual/ welcome kit, no one and nowhere was mentioned about black days, i have got 100 calls from customer care no one had tole me about this , so why i should pay this amount
    i have been charged on 16th and 17th Oct for all SMS and calls
    Vodafone custome care says these are black days so diwali on 17th why i been charged on 16th
    kindly reverse these charges and send me the proper list of black days

    (2.) every mid of month i start getting calls and even my calls being intrupted that mine calls charged has reached my limit. If as per my plan i have 1000 locals calls ,1000 SMS and 700 minute STD voda to voda free
    in mid of month when i used almost 800 - 900 minute why im being harraed by customer care people and automated message during the calls, hence my limit still remain as per plan, due to this i have been forced to do advanced payemnt from last 2 months to continue my nomber ,
    solve this problem or increase my credit limi

    Default complate about vodafon coustomer care

    my mobile no is 9888414975 and i want to use vodafone internet on my laptop but the coustmer care of vodafone are very rude and missbehaving to me and not even doing anything from last 3 weeks i have personally visited to the costmer care office near v mart jalandhar city they do not doing anything. Thats why i want to complate about this.

    Now Coming straight to point, I’ve been a user since last 3 years, rarely do I need to ask your care people for help but this one time when I ask for it…….. all the legends bout call centre people harassing customers come true.

    I’m a Journalist with a news channel & too busy on news desk, People from some of your department called last month & Offered to get the bill payment collected through their executive. Now this month I’ve been mostly out of city & coming back On 9th I called you guys for bill collection because I’m going out for 4 days again, I was given assurance of acting within 48 hours, I was promised someone would come to get payment on Thudsday

    Now two funny things happen on Thursday,
    1. Noone comes but I get a call from some lady that executive can visit only on Friday, I agree & give them time fot 12:00 pm Friday
    2. Same evening I get call from another lady asking WHY am not paying the bill, which means your two executives are not working on a shared information in the SAME company. I have to inform her of the change asked for by her own people


    4. Now on given time there’s no-one to collect payment, after waiting for three hours……..
    5. ………. I’ve been giving reminders to your people but no commitments
    6. At this time when I’m writing the mail, I’ve been put on hold unnecessarily twice with no response
    7. Or being told that they can come by tomorrow evening only

    Now Kindly see the info in RED BOLD ITALICS UNDERLINED letters, I already gave them this info on 9th along with info that I’m too stuck to go to a Collection centre this month, Any delay in collecting & someone will ask for a late fine

    I’M NOT GONNA PAY ANY FINE, I’LL RATHER CHANGE SERVICE

    Kindly Revert on phone & mail as well, as I’d be rarely accessing the mail for 4 days

    and atlast I had a word with vikas (the team leader).

    And I thing this type of misguide will not receive again from vodafone.

    My Name is Priyamsh Madireddy,I am using a vodafone prepaid connection bearing no 9885903242.In Nov 2009 I have recharged my mobile with a topup of Rs 62 for the plan 50 paise per minute plan to be activated for 6 months.The call rates were again charged Rs 1 from 26th or 27th Dec 2009.I had placed a request by calling the customer care on 1st Jan 2010.I received an sms saying that my problem would be resolved by 6pm 4th Jan.but when the problem was not resolved i again called up the customer care and again received an sms saying it would be resolved by 6pm 5th Jan.but nothing has been done so far.I even gave them a call before posting this and asked them to connect the call to their superior.My call was put on hold and i had to wait till the call had to cut automatically due to their half an hour continuous call limit and i just ended up waiting.
