Hi to who ever sees this . The worst customer rep I had spoken to in vodafone services BIBI ZAINAB.
She was adamant not ever helpful. But she had the best attitude to be harsh.
My issue- I made a payment for 800 on the 3rd of Dec 2011 .
There was a confirmation from the kiosk machine which I paid in cunningham road bangalore outlet.
I wanted to make a payment for 2 other nos on my name. Since there was an error in the kiosk machine.
I had to make the payment in the vodafone office. There was no problem after that. On 09.12.2011.
I got the message that I have to pay a bill. Contacted vodafone customer service. They stated to contact the bank.
Spoke with the bank they told no charges reverted back to my bank account, as the vodafone associate told its reverted back to the bank.
Called back the bank that's when I got zainab the worst ever customer rep to be spoken. Who tells just go make a payment .
My issue was if there is a denied transaction vodafone should have intimated me.
They can send so many msgs about offers but why can't they send about payment issues. There are so many reminders about payments can't even 1 msg be sent on this regard.
I spoke to the supervisor of zainab, mr prasad- who was very helpful.
When you say customer service its a good tone not to be rude.
Have people who can understand and not just throw back.
IF THE PROBLEM IS FROM UR END, make sure not to raise the voice.
My feedback for zainab just listen to customers not raise her thoughts

Myself Sangeeta Mobile No. 9953054858 had a plan in which one other no. is unlimited free but, vodafone customer care call for plan change in which they assure that your other no. will be unlimited free by just giving rs. 49 only. I have again call to confirm this plan and again they assure me. Today is the date when Plan cycle have to be changed but no free unlimited service is given to other number. Pls help me, i dont want this plan and customer care not providing any cancellation of this service and reactivation of my old plan. If they will not providing the same than i have my 4-5 No. of Vodafone, i will stop my all Vodafone no. So Pls help me.

I already fire a complaint Against Rani Talab Jind (Haryana) store on 23rd of jan 2012. in action that i receive a message on 24th jan on 04 :39PM (your complaint resolved) without any call to me. after that i receive a call but Executive was not able to resolve the same and said i will call back to you and complaint was still pending and i am still waiting the response for the same.
Hello Sir/Madam, This is regarding my complaint of amount deduction. When i activated rs.11 internet pack, i got confirmation message from vodafone that your pack is activated. After 2 hours when message is received, i surf to internet but amount of rs.33 + rs.11 of surfing & plan activation, they cut from my balance. When i called the customer care on (01/02/2012) they told me that your plan isn't activated. Then i asked, why a confirmation message of plan activation is dispatched to me & amount of plan activation plus browsing gets deducted. Then they have taken a complain and promised that the issue will get sorted with in 24 Hrs and they have also given the complain number, The issue is not solved with the given time. So I called once more at 02/02/2012 after that they have promised me that it will be done with in 24 Hours, But it is not I have called them third time on 03/02 after this call they said they will fix the issue with in 12 Hours where it is not done. When I have called them on 4th Feb, My number is not going to customer care, Then I called them once more from other Vodafone number they said you number is blocked to call the customer care, When I asked them why they said you have called the customer care 3 time with in 24 hours so your number is blocked. Till now I have not received any call from them saying when the problem will be solved, Even if they block my number for 15 days what is the solution for people like us. On the same day another request for 3G was also registered for Vodafone number 881*****64 due to which the benefit of the 2G data pack for Rs. 11 was forfeited and charges were levied as per the standard rate 10p/10 Kb. Im Ashok, my Vodafone number is:9930090992, i have activated VMC on my mobile, after few days technical department given me settings even after i expalined regarding vmc and that technical vodafone person given me wrong settings, due to which my discount has not reflected in my bill, i have been charged with full amount for VL, its not my mistake, Its because of the wrong techincal person, I need my revised bill with discount.
When i Register a complain regarding the same , without proper reason, they used to close the registered complaint and they used to send a message as, we are unable to reach on my number, so we need to call to 111, not for single time, everytime i used to get the same message.
I Used to have a conversation and expalined everything but no proper reply on my issue, Bloody vodafone, No one should prefer for this non responsve vodafone.... no proper response, till we dont face any issue, things will go soft, once we have any issue, that will not solve even if its their fault...
Vodafone recruiting wrong persons and putting them in techincal department.
Please rectify my problem.

My vodafone prepaid no. 9988530040 (punjab circle) has been deducted with Rs. 49/- for some UNWANTED Punjabi Gurbani Service on March 22, 2012. I called up your customer care immediately (same day) and got the service de-activated and was asked to register for Refund at 333, which I did and my request was turned down with no specific reason.
For which I would like ask the MR. X sitting at 333; do you feel we guys have no other work to do? That we would activate a Service on our mobile then request for de-activation after couple of hours, pay unwanted rentals, get nothing, and then search forum by forum to ask for refunds????? Damn!!!
I really feel cheated by your poor management of customer handling. It is not the matter of 49 bucks dudes... but the sheer harassment is what you guys are accused of.
We expect you to deliver upto the reputation of VODAFONE.
