Tata Docomo incomming not comming from other network

    Default Tata Docomo incomming not comming from other network



    Sir,

    I took a new connection bearing number 9042044391 on 21-08-2009, from the day 1 onwards incomming calls from Aircel, Reliance, BSNL is not comming to this number.

    When contacted customer care, they said that this is a new number series and it might take 24 hours to reach other network (!)

    So, I waited for a day. Next day also the same problem existed.

    When contacted someone at customer care told that server is problem thats why I could not receive incomming calls (!)

    On 25-08-2009, I contacted customer care, they said that they will look into it. and gave the complaint number "NWK09081058"

    On that day itself someone from Tata Docomo called and told that their network part is OK, and asked me to go and complain to BSNL, Reliance, Aircel (!)

    As I got this kind of senseless reply, I visited Tata Docomo Office, Coimbatore. the same day and spoke to Mr. Martin (9043099329) and told all the troubles i had with this Tata Docomo. He too said that he will check and call back.

    In the evening he too told that his network side is fine and he cant do anything.

    If Tata docomo gives a new series of number, is it not the responsibility of the company to ensure that it is network interoperable?

    How can Tata docomo person ask me to go to other network provider to set the things right?

    To set the things right I request TATA DOCOMO to change my number to any other working series free number ASAP or refund my amount, because I just cant keep this dummy SIM in my phone.

    Yesterday (27-09-2009), a new SIM was given by tata docomo staff at Coimbatore branch, and my old SIM was taken back by them.

    I can make and receive calls from BSNL, vodafone. Other networks have not checked so far. Hope this new sim works with all operators.

    Angry Incoming problem

    I am also unable to receive calls from other netwroks, BSNL, Aircel and Reliance. Kindly help.

    Hello Consumer Court Members,

    Always post your mobile no. name and the address, apart from this we suggest you to first register your complaint with DOCOMO customer care and in case the customer care failed to give you any solution then complaint to your area nodal officer via email, mention all the complaint nos. registered with DOCOMO customer care and ask them for the solution within the mentioned time in your complaint else you will drag them to the consumer forum, wait for their response and revert us back.

    @Unregistered: Hey buddy, please provide us your Tata DOCOMO number so that we can resolve your complaint asap...

    i am using docomo number 7411745352 manglore number(karnataka).The problem is i cant receive calls from BSNL.Pls help me.

    Kindly provide us your Tata DOCOMO number and your alternate contact number and email id so that we can get in touch with you.
