postpaid plan was changed i'm in reliance 995 plan and according to this plan my reliane cdma/gsm/rtl all are but from last 18 aug 2009 it become chargable(rtl) and my bill was increased heavely.
Customer care ask we don't know about these thing they are teling this is company property and they bill change.
