    Angry Problem with Reliance GSM service

    I bought a reliance pre-paid connection on 20th of July in Warangal city of Andhra Pradesh, submitting documents asked for address and identity verification same time. My connection was blocked in the first of week august saying that there was some problem with my documents and i was told to submit them to nearby dealer. After 5 days of my resubmitting the document my services were restored. But just within a week I received a message saying i have not submitted the form with documents. This time I submitted the form and document proofs with the main office of the Reliance communication in the city. I made them check every document and asked them if they need any more but they assured me that my services will be restored as soon as possible. Again after 5 days my services were re-activated but just for a few hours. Again I was told that my documents were insufficient.
    I am much frustrated and agitated as I have not been even properly treated by the representatives nor I am told that what I am supposed to do. Please guide.

    Unhappy network problem

    Exclamation POST Paid Reliance GSM

    Dear Sir/Madam.

    I purchased Reliance GSM connection post paid for Rs 950 in the month of July, and paid the bill for first 10 days of more than Rs 500 (i do have the bill right now to give exact amount). After paying my first bill, one week i was able to make calls. later my out going was barred saying you have exceeded your credit limit. Which was not informed to me before taking the connection. When i enquired, i came to know that Reliance Communication does some Wired Calculations and makes an estimate - depending upon the frequency of my calls arrive at the "credit limit" and barr the connection. when my actual billing was just Rs 400. If i have to increase this limit i have to pay a thousand Rs more.
    Secondly, the service is really poor, i never got any incoming calls from any of the reliance coustomer care, nor any of my friends using Reliance or any other connection.
    I went to nearest Reliaince Communication Shop at Priya, Vasant Vihar and his response was very poor regarding "terminating the service". I have hardly used for 15 days and in these days i have called customer care for 15 times and asked them to terminate my connection.
    Now daily i receive a call for paying the bill.
    I really do no know what to do.

    For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Pls. provide us your complete residential address as soon as possible, to get the contact details of your Area Circle, Nodal officer.

    i have brought a reliance si with UGC facilities, i want to connect to the customer care , but i was failded to connet several times in my hundreds of trails ...... i have called to *222 and *333 and 1800-3333-3333 and i consult the local reliance branch office ,but reliance post paid executive in eluru ,westgodavari ,ap with PH NOCharan 9393353533 ) cannot even give the minimum details about the plan

    Default poor connectivity

    i am having two reliance GSM connections. But in the main city of jamnagar in gujarat the network does not give its signal in my home. I have complain it to customer care for three times, but there is no effect. so use it when their network gives proper connectivity.

    Default network problem

    i having network coverage problem since 21 days.....m fedup from my no. as i and other person cant hear clear voice due to poor network....and messages not deliver to person i want.....some time it shows " sim registration failed....please sir/madam solve my problem,its my humble request to you...i have to face very difficulty as i miss my important call due to very poor network....my mobile no. is 9026064313

    Angry Easy Recharge problem

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I was done a easy recharege[9883061947] Rs.51/- for 400 SMS Pack on dated 07-10-2009, but I can't get any sms balance. The same day I call customer care
    and they told me "it will effect within 24 hrs.". But still to next Day it was not update. I again call to castomer care on 08-10-2009, but now they told that
    no sms pack avalable in Rs.51. it was change to Rs.49.

    So, my complain is how i know it chage to Rs.49 may be the agent or customer care guide me because i am use Rs.51/- sms pack in every month. and if the value change the how it was take for easy recharge or how i get confirmation msg. Where my Rs.51/- gone ?

    I called several time to customer care but they denie to take my complain.

    Please give me some solution for that.

    Thumbs down Reliance GSM Connection Mumbai

    Hi,
    I have taken the Reliance GSM connection at mumbai this month (Dec 2nd week 2009). My Nokia mobile shows the full network coverage, but whenever i am trying to call, i never get connected easily. I have to try 50 times to get connected and that too within 40 to 50 seconds it will get disconnected. This is the same case if i am trying to contact the customer care also. When i contacted the customer care i was told that it is because of network traffic. But if i am using other service providers, i don't get this kind of issues. As i am using 1 Rs/3 min, if the connection goes within 40 to 50 seconds my account get detected 1 Rs for every call. I doubt that the reliance people made this kind of set up to get higher profit margin by cheating the customer. I also inquired my friends at different place and the same issue they are also facing. I am staying at Thane GB road, i don't think i am having problem with the network. If the problem is real network i am requesting Reliance please work on this. Otherwise one day every customer will realize and quit your service....

    Default Dissatisfaction from Reliance GSM services and Customer Care

    Hello.
    My name is Nikhil Khere and I am Reliance GSM prepaid customer, my number is 9510513985.
    I have activated sms Plan worth Rs.11 on the December first week about 4th or 5th and I was elegible to send sms with just charge of 1 paise/sms nationwide till 31st December.
    However, from the 1st january, all the sms charged me Rs.1/sms, though I have been in that promotional scheme of Rs.11.
    When I inquired about this to the Customer Care, they replied that there is some technical fault in the system and will be removed within few couple or hours.
    However, still on the 5th of the January, I am facing the same problem and when I am asking to the Customer Care, they just repling that I have not activated Rs.11 sms pack and hense I am being charged Rs.1/sms. When I explain that I already have activated that pack in December first week, then they replied the same that the pack is not activated on my account and therefore I need to activated that pack again. I explain that the pack is not expired yet and any how, if the pack's validity of 30 days would be over, it should be renewed as it is renewal pack and on till the 4th of January, I had have more then Rs.12 balance in my account. So why it not renewed. The CSR's were not interested in repling to me.
    All the CSR's are getting angry upon me as I am a begger and demanding that I do not deserve. They are talking with the Customer in such manner that they are paying salary to me. I have never faced such problem with my other service providers Tata Indicom or Airtel.
    Addition to that, the CSR's behaviour and speech to the customer is worst that I have ever experience. The experience with the Relience Customer Care is really bad and I have to think again to continue with the Relience or not.
    I would suggest you to provide some training to the CSR's about what is the Customer Care and how to do it. The way they are talking and getting angry upon customer is just suck and shows that they are surely from some slum area. They shows their ignorance and illiteracy. All the CSR's that I have talked with were firmly not well qualified and unprofessional. I will consider the wenders in the market better then Reliance Customer Care Representatives.
    When I asked for the Nodal officer's email address, they told me that they do not know about it and do not care for the same. It shows there Reliance can not hire some well educated and well trained CSR's to make some productive growth with the best services.
    This is not finished yet. However, I have no words to explain the slum-residing CSR's and their Custemor Care.
