I bought a new reliance gsm prepaid connection 10 days ago. i submitted all papers. Now i am unable to recieve any incoming calls.
Wondering what the problem is. ONly reliance numbers are able to call my number. Please let me know what i need to do to get this prob rectified.
Also i am unabe to recieve any text messages from any other network users except reilance users.
Seems to me that reliance is having a field day at keeping their customers on their toes regarding new connections.

my name is basha and i am a reliance mobile user since 1 years. this complaint of me.
The connection was with the lifetime validity provided to me with daily 500 sms pack.
but every month i vl be getting message to reneval ur sms pack with 39.then diz month i did not received a message from reliance that my sms pack has been completed and they have been deducted my balance.
i tried to complaint in reliance customer care but non of the executives responded to mycall. the above issue. from morning 7 i am trying to call customer care. i again called reliance customer care of these three no's tht is *333,198 and then they was no contact on the number they did not gave any respond. i called up the number but nobody is picking up.
i had recharged with 100RS yestaday i got 91 main balance nd 9.30 promo balance,from 2day morning they r charging 1paise fr sms. i am very disappointed from the above issue.

sir, i am a customer of reliance GSM prepaid sim . today Rs. 20/- has been deducted from my account for no reason. this type of incidence also happen in past. i am very upset and mentally harassed by these type of activity caused by the service provider. i want my money back as soon as possible. please take appropriate action .

Chandramouli I have Reliance GSM connection (Cell: +91-8099789309) in Andhra Pradesh, In the month of October I came to know that in my mobile amount is deducting for unnecessary activations with out my Notice. I have approached to customer care and they deactivated activation and refunded the amount, and this process is continuing repeatedly so in the month of October 21st I requested to activate Do Not Disturb (DND) service which is free of cost. After this activation also iam facing the same problem so for permanent solution I asked customer care persons to give proper information for this problem but they are not giving any satisfactory answers (solution). I request you to please see my out going calls to customer care for two dates ( Dated: 8-11-2011 and 9-11-2011), I have called around 11 times to customer care in those two days. I have asked the customer care persons to give a permanent solution for the above problem, instead of that they are asking me to call customer care for every time when I face such problems. I request you to please take this issue seriously and give me a solution for this problem. Please guide me what actions I need to take if the same problem repeats.
