SIR, am ashish sureka with mobile number 9864981368 my balance has been deducted by rs. 10 and when i have asked customer care the reason then they told that it was due to service charge because my jokes pack active but i have deactivated it 15days ago. And also i have recieved a confirmation message that the service is deactivated.After such why my balance should be deducted?.my problem is not solved by them so please help me out......

I have a Reliance GSM connection since Jan 2010. from that time I am facing the problem of call drop age problem frequently.I am using pay per call plan.whenever I call to anybody specially for long time call,its very diificult to complete my talk in a single call. I complain to customer care through mail & by phone and every time they ensurred me that they worked on it but I never get call dropage free call.
Plz tell me what to do?
Plz also tell me the e mail id of Nodal officer/appeleate authority.

i am purushottam singh and my mobile no. Is +919015425403, my concern is that cust care executive of reliance gsm not able to talk properly, today when i call to gsm cust. Care regarding wrong information in hellotune, they have given me worng code of hellotune which is of i loose rs.13. And when i again call to cce of gsm service he disconnected my call and his name was vijay, so request u to look after it and plz hire educated people in ur company.

Yesterday i bought a top up of 50 and tried to recharge my reliance gsm connection
the number is 9905673514.
Its in roaming at present in hyderabad.
but i got the msg :
"Your card's face value is greater than session limit".
I tried to surf on the web but couldnt find what this means.
Could u give me a clue.
Also the number *333,*368,*369 are not working for me

We suggest you to contact nearest Reliance outlet, they people can guide you accordingly .

Repeatedly i had give same complain 3 time and you people are closing the status without solving the problem.

I had given complain regarding network issue.

As you mentioned that you have already registered your complaint with the Reliance customer care but still not get any response, so we suggest you to send a written notice to the Nodal Officer via email or registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.
Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

i am using the Reliance GSM no. 9021280292..my sim automatically disconnect . or not providing any network coverage . i am residing in a Aurangabad City .state- Maharahtra. AS use wall Reliance city service station(situated at aurangapura ) not properly talk.. guided us.
last time i was went Reliance city service station for taking another SIM card why my mobile was stolon so there is no blank sim card and further they say that go to the market so & so shop they giving u a blank sim card.
i am dis satisfied with service and service station .....
