I use reliance gsm from many years. in my number there is a problem that value added services like dialer tones and voice chat is automatically activated on my number, two times dialer tone and one time voice chat is activated on my number 9098567220(m.p) and my balance rs 30 is deducted every time, i am totally eritated by their such a automatic services, and when i talk to customer care they blamed me and say that any service is not automatically activated is did it urself. anyone please suggest me how to get rid of my problem:D

i have a reliance GSM prepaid sim and i took the reliance 11rs msg offer of 1 paise 1 msg offer, after that i took 14rs easy recharge of daily 500 sms free at daily rental on 1rs. but now after first daily 500 sms i am being charged 50.paise per msg instead of 1 paise. regular complaint to customer care is in vain. *333 is having a all time excuse that server is not ok. my no. 9533989926. I have reliance gsm &getting problems with the network. I have complaint but they did not act cont.. same problem.
And second ,sometimes it got balance deducted with my permission or any activation of any type of plan..I also complaint about it but they always try to ignore & prove me responsible for these deductions......Please help me .

I'm presently using a Reliance GSM connection and advise others not to apply for it, as it is the worst connection I've ever used. It is the most unreliable services provided by RCOM.

SIR, am ashish sureka with mobile number 9864981368 my balance has been deducted by rs. 10 and when i have asked customer care the reason then they told that it was due to service charge because my jokes pack active but i have deactivated it 15days ago. And also i have recieved a confirmation message that the service is deactivated.After such why my balance should be deducted?.my problem is not solved by them so please help me out......
