This is to inform you that I NITIN KHANNA having your connection No. 9350094400 from last 5 years, which i have got converted in postpaid from prepaid, through GAGAN COMMUNICATION, bali nagar, New Delhi on 28/07/2009.

As on today my no. is blocked and i am not able to call any where because whenever i make a call the operator says (Please recharge your account) i am facing this problem from last ten (26) days i have made so many complaints but there is nobody who can handel this complaint. when ever i go to M/s GAGAN COMMUNICATION they says in our system your no is shown as POSTPAID. this is the problem from Reliance Head.

Please suggest me whome should i contact..............?
Or Should I contact Some Authorities.............?
