    Default Airtel mobile number 9668811686

    I have not been using my mobile number for 2 months as I was out of india. It is disconnected now as at 13-sep-2011. Kindly note that

    1. The document verification for this was done more that 8 months back.
    2. The mobile number had a balance of more that Rs 200-300.
    3. The mobile no was in constant usage on or before 30 June 2011.
    4. I have called up customer service, but no concrete answer on why it was disconnected. Neither they are aware of what exactly is the policy for this disconnection. All queries were answered very vaguely.

    Request a formal communical on the above. Either a valid response with data points on disconnection should be provided or my connection with balance should be restored back to me.

    How can you say that the issue is resolved? My connections is still not active. 121 says that we aplogize for the inconvenience.
    I do not want an apology. I want a solution which would give my number back.
    Just by saying that we regret the inconvenience does not help anyone
