As per your reply yesterday i gone to the distributor of tatadocomo for this same problem he's saying something different thing he's saying your number is blocked due to (noc not received from bsnl to tatadocomo) that's why your number is blocked and form came back from company i said that customer care is saying that you have to re-submit the documents he said they are wrong they don't know i am telling you na there is no issue of documents only bsnl not given us the noc for your number now again one more problem i am very confused then i said sir then give me my old form and id proof's he given me all the documents but there is nothing written on its that bsnl not given noc to tatadocomo, i asked sir this is the normal form my id proof and photo but no objection is written on it he said talk to (RO) office or company i don't know what to do, i again asked sir please given me appropriate answer, i don't think so there is problem with bsnl noc please help me he then used very rough language he said go to dealer or company, you don't have any right to come to me i am not giving you any answer regarding this .......now what to do.... please help me its a request please.......the distributor name is arun and cell number is 9041700220......jalandhar punjab ......now again one was saying this and second is saying that what to do customer care is right or distributor is right because he given me all the old documents form id proof and photo now what i will do.....my number is blocked from last month 29 try to understand.......

I have tata docomo sim and using from last two months, when i am using browser, if i click the add in the broser of game and application, they deduct the Rs.34/-, 49/- from account. I twice complaint to the CC regarding this and they are not in a position to refund the amount. But, without downloaded the games they charge the amount from my account.

I was using the Tata DOCOMO service since 2009 relationship number 905840390. I activated the blackberry service sometime in Sept/Oct 2010 and gave a request for the deactivation of the same in Dec 2010. Since I was still getting charged I made a call to the customer care and wrote them an email in Jan 2011 to deactivate the blackberry service but I was still being charged the amount of Rs 899 plus taxes every month towards this service.
After being frustrated I gave a request for MNP somewhere around mid March 2011 and when I mentioned this deactivation problem as chief cause, the service was immediately terminated and the amount of Rs 899 was refunded for that month. I made all payments that was due as per the outstanding amount mentioned and went ahead with the MNP and moved to another operator. The very next month I received another bill for 1164 which included the charged towards blackberry service. I immediatey sent mails to the customer care, nodal office and the appellate officer regarding this. When I attempted to make the payment for the remaining Rs 200 my online account for the number was disabled.
I have now received a so called Notice stating that legal action will be taken against me if the amount of 1164, plus interest plus legal charges are not paid. I have responded again with the same info stating that there is a bill error that needs to be rectified and then any pending amount which should hardly been around Rs 200 will be happily paid by me provided they give me the updated bill and the No dues certificate. DOCOMO has till date not responded but continues to harrass me with an email threathening legal action. They still havent even bothered to call me and resolve the issue.
I am now pursuing the matter with a lawyer to send a notice to TATA DOCOMO, which definitely has the worst treatment of its existing as well as previous customers. I am being subject to unnecessary monetary and mentail strain and will definitely make Tata DOCOMO pay for the poor treatment of its patrons. If there are anyone else facing a similar issue we can probably try to club the complaint or perhaps people can provide any inputs to handle things in the best way possible.

from last 2 days i am trying to connect internet and i recharged for 63 rupees 63 rs balance deducted from my no 7200357815 manoj joon but on my cellnet not connected it saying packet data authentication failed and the bull shit customer care not at all listening saying always busy its really frustrating take a necessary action to resolve my problem

Last week i recharged Rs.85 which was valid for 30 days. n within 2 days suddenly my balance got reduced by Rs.30.00 towards a message for which i had not subscribed...then i called the customer care,, madam told shez sorry for the inconvienience n then she refunded the amount which was in special balance..after a day again that balance (rs.30)got reduced,,, for which i did the same exercise but this time i was told as i had sent some msgs out of state so 30 got deducted.. after a day Rs.10 got reduced..i asked and blasted those persons on the customer care.. he said sorry for the inconveience.. he wud refund the amount within 2 hours n now it is 36 hours they hav not refunded...

I am getting SMS which says some plan is available for my prepaid connection, but when I go in online recharge page, it does not show me the recharge option for which I get atleast 5-6 sms each day. I enquired it on 121, and the bunch of people sitting on other side of the phone are very very incompitent people as they don't know what is happening or they even don't bother to understand. One time I called and the phone was trasferred to manager, she told me that it would be taken care in 4 hours. Nothing happened. I called again and explained the same thing, then they told go to any shop and recharge, went to shop tried recharging, it said option not available for my number. Called again, again call was transferred to manager, again 4 hour wait time was told to me. Till the date nothing has happened. I thought you guys will have better service than BSNL and hence I migrated from BSNL to you, but you are more pathetic than BSNL. THis is the last try to see if something happens, if nothing happens I am porting back to BSNL atleast they did not have this preferential treatment to customers. Also I converted my number from post to pre and before doing so as per your rule, I have to clear my post paid dues, I did so and ported my number to prepaid, yesterday I got a notice from your lawyer stating that I have not paid bill, and they have sent me repeated notices, but till the date other than this legal notice I haven't received anything from you guys. Called customer care and the arrogent guy does not even bothered to listen to me, simply told me that I need to go and visit the nearest dive in center. He said he does not have any information about such notice. What a pathetic customer care!!! My number is 9449393235. I hope that you would try to look in to the multiple issues I have mentioned and take corrective action.
