hello sir/madam,
i have a mobile number 9896986000 of airtel . i gave the request to change
my number into prepaid before two months. but after many time airtel give me
response to migrate my number in prepaid on 10-8-09. they change my number
into new sim on 12-8-09 but not in prepaid and they close my service after
this. and my number outgoing & incoming is close from 10 days. but local
dealer and costomer care representative dont know about my number status is
in prepaid or postpaid. i submitted two time my document to the dealer. and
i clear my balance 3 times.but airtel is not taking any action on my
complain.i complain many time to airtel care & local dealer of airtel. due
not work of my number my work is all pending & i m not able to contact my
customer.daily i am geting loss because of my number"s service off. my
number is close from 10 days. anyone is not responsing me. now i m very
disturb by airtel. i mail many time to airtel & i went many time to airtel
dealer and i call many time airtel care. but my problem is stand.
so please help me sir/madam
