This is regarding the vodafone pathetic service, Today on 15th of sep 2011, I activated blackberry internet services on my Mobile : 99853 06840 and as per their website it says all the day you can use

• Internet on the go*]Mail-Push technology at work*]BlackBerry Messenger (BBM)*]Social Networking*]Multimedia*]App World:

But When I called the customer care service they said you can use only BBM... What a pathetic service? Do we activate the BIS only for BBM no we need our applications also to work like facebook,twitter.. But If we use those they are just deducting the money.

One more pathetic service from then is Customer care service firstly it is charged 50p/3min even then their executives English ( I bet you can't understand ) ... I don't know from where Vodafone hires them..

Please consider this as it is very high, even before also I lost so much amount through vodafone. They won't service the customer as they promise.

Vodafone - Happy to help please re-put it is Vodafone - pathetic towards customers.

Next, one more pathetic is Vodafone! Live - I just want to deactivate or block permanently this service.. I don't know why this service is activated default.
