On Monday, 17 August airtel prepaid deducted my Rs 10 for spicy jokes service without my permission . when I made complaint to customer- care, instead of repaying my Rs 10 this time they deducted Rs 60 when I tried to call them they were not picking up the phone.
At last I went to customer care office in ulhasnagar there I was told that I would be repayed my Rs 70 but till now I have not been repayed and I think they are not going to repay it. I want my money back:

Airtel Looting me with Spicy Jokes subsciption Airtel is charging me for some rubbish pornographic sms message subscription which I have never done in my life and now they are charging me for the stupid service as well. They really do not know abc of customer service either. Could someone please help me unsubscribe from this service without being charged more and more. Else just tell me which operator I should switch to cos I am not in any mood to stick with Airtel after almost 5 yrs

Airtel Sux Airtel has over 143 million users and i bet this 'Deducting' S**t happens to everyone. Even if we take Rs 20 as the average amount deducted every month per user, you can just estimate the amount of 'CHEAT' money Airtel makes. And for your information, their trick is that they will lodge your complaint on your request and may also deactivate your service, and well in my case promise to refund the amount. But all they do is wait for us to cool down and forget the issue. And well, next month the same thing happens again. Some people have even stopped complaining now... I wish BSNL had good coverage, i would've never gone for these Private Inc Dacoits. Thumbs down for Airtel, and Vodafone etc are not far behind too.

Prepaid Airtel Bangalore - deducting money from balance These guys are sucks - I have lost hope; this country I feel pity for. Feel ashamed to call myself an Indian any more. Everywhere there are cheats and cheats. Prepaid Airtel guys deduct 20 or 10 Rs every month from my balance; and their customer care needs to be kicked .....such pathetic and morons...with their phony Anglicised English........ stupid asses.......
Please suggest some good mobile service providers who are not thugs...and I shall have my number transported.....
