i am not able to make call to particular STD no. that is 02906-280162 since i purchased the sim and i complaint on 7 th august but no action has been taken yet
For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer. Pls. provide us your complete residential address as soon as possible, to get the contact details of your Area Circle, Nodal officer.
i m using this frm last week i got lots of benefits frm this .but frm 9/9/09 onwards i cant make any call i already complain two times though i submit all the docments .

the 11th of September 2009, I purchased two Tata Docomo SIM cards with the ( MSIDN : 9035438901 and 9035438902 ) to avail the services of this newly launched product. I paid Rs. 300 and with all the necessary documents to one of the retailers/local shop named “ APPU’s MOBILE SHOP , 24th Main , Agara , 1st Sector at HSR layout Bangalore 560102 “ and he told me u will get talk value :Rs 51 each simcard with this price , after 12 hr , my both the SIM cards are activated ( Saturday @5PM ) with the talk Value or Rs:5, then I called the customer care regarding the talk value , and your customer care suggested me to check with the retailer (APPU’s MOBILE SHOP ) .On enquiring with the local shop, he has reasoned out that the processing has already happened and the account has not been charged due to some problems on the Tata Docomo site. I have called the customer care for same and have been referred back to the retailer on Sunday for same, but the result no different. He has been mis-behaving and man handling me. Neither did he charge my account nor did he return my money. He has been telling me to go back to the Tata guys . but would not return my money as it has been processed from his end. The customer care center has not been taking my complaint and has been procrastinating it deliberately for reason not known to me.
I do not understand why on the earth did you people allow such retailers to sell your product when they are defaming it. Again, the customer care service that you provide sucks! , I am not sure whether the problem is at your end or the retailer’s end but be sure that this kind of service would not only malign your brand name but also would impact your sales as the word of mouth could spread like fire. Thank you, but NO THANK YOU for letting me go through this. I really regret buying your product and would never refer any of my acquaintances to buy this. Hope, you will take some action against the aforementioned retailer and would improve your customer care service if you want to survive in this industry.
The product is extremely good, so please do not spoil its name ( TATA ) by your slackened attitude. Please look carefully before you actually give somebody an authority sell your product.

My name is Priya Reshma. I took a prepaid TATA DOCOMO number(9035658607)(SIM No.534111010194969). Obviously we have provided all necessary proof for this connection. But my number got disconnected after 2 weeks. I contacted customer care and on their request, I have checked with retailer, as per reatiler Tata Docomo has taken the all the submitted proof as retailer has acknowledge for the same.
I have called Tata Docomo customer care several times for 1 week, but no actions done even after calling Tata Docomo.I contacted Nodal as well as appellate officer took the call so casually and tell only 'I am sorry'...seems like they dont have job to do other then only telling sorry.They act very irresponsive way. After a long altercation, He again asked to check with retailer. These people make customer mad...cheep rate Tata Docomo product comes with worst quality, Now I understand it!
They thought it to be a matter of Rs.100. But for me, Its my business, my clients I lost. I think, writing here would do some good to other consumers not to go for Tata Docomo with such worst customer service and which give only mental torture to customers. Also Some decent actions expected if any Senior officials of DOCOMO sees this complaint.

I purchased a pre-paid Tata docomo SIM in Sep 2009 in Bangalore. Since than I am not able to use it since I do not get any network coverage in my area (JP Nagar 9th Phase, Bangalore). I have been talking to their customer service since than and submitted complaints online but no help. Infact they closed the complaints without informing and without any improvement.

I had activated 48 rupees gprs pack on 26th January having validity of 1 month.But on 10 Feb night, after 11pm i was not able to use the gprs, showing connection not available.But the range is full.On 11 th morning when i checked the balance it was zero.The sites which i had visited before 11pm were free sites & the downloaded contents were also free.My day time & night gprs usage credits were also not finished.Last night it was 120 rupees.So on 11th morning i called call
center at abt 9:30 & complained.They informed me that my complaint had
been registered.Yesterday night also while using gprs i got a
deduction of abt 30 rupees and experienced difficulties in browsing after

My prob is that i have no network, even on manual network it is not switching to any of the operators.....
I am in a gr8 loss, by simply searching the signals....I hav complained to DoCoMo customer care many times, but they ppl are not able to solved the prob. it seems that they answers from FAQ's..
I also talked to Nodal officer of UP(E), but she was also helpless, & said ur prob will b solved only after when DoCoMo will launch its service in ALLAHABAD. Please solve my prob as it is very Urgent..
