    dear sir / madam,
    As per message received on your behalf i had provided my temparary no. via email
    dated 19th aug 2009 . In this regard your representative called me today i.e. 20th
    aug 2009 at 18:20 hrs from vodafone no. 9769013333 . I have to state as under :
    1. my matter was not answered properly .
    2. I was told not to write to you i .e. Laxmi Bhan . I would like to know whether it
    is an offence to write to you then kindly inform me so that i can understand that
    you are not intrested in addressing my matter properly.
    3. I want you to prove that how and when i have dialled no. 9820011110 which still
    remains unanswered.
    4. i want to know with whose consent vodafone has activated my voicemail.
    5. I want to know with whose consent my nos. were shared by you to call
    centres/militants/gundas.
    6.I want to know with whose consent and why were my calls diverted and where.
    7.Inspite of my paying rs. 75 per month for itemised billing why i am not provided
    the information about the outgoing calls which are made by me aganist the
    no.9820011110 wrongly indicated by you.
    8.I was informed that 9820011110 is appering aganist the unattended incoming calls,
    why are you not providing me the details and nos. of the incoming callswhich is
    wrongly charged by you as outgoing calls. I would request you as well as honourable
    commissioner of police mumbai to help me by intervening in the matter to know the
    exact culprits.
    9.Instead of the mails sent to you in the past i am being given false and incorrect
    replies .
    copies of this mail sent to trai , mumbai grahak panchayat , consumer court and
    ncdrc and honourable commissioner of police specially to help me to identify the
    real culprits since vodafone people are hiding the nos. who may be militants.

    VODAFONE POST PAST NUMBER IS USING LAST SO MANY YEARS AND I DON’T WANT
    CHANGE IT BECAUSE IT GIVEN ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE – PRESS OR MEDIA OR
    TV CHANNEL OR PUBLICATION OR MINISTRY OF DELHI AND AT LAST TO GIVEN
    PERSONALLY TO Ms SHILA DIXIT – C.M. OF NEW DELHI TOO AND PLS
    UNDERSTANT MY PROBLEM TOO THEN I CAN THINK ABOUT YOUR PAYMENT OF THE
    LAST THREE MONTHS TOO OTHERVISE WE BOTH HAVE TO PAY IT BY THE MONEY
    AND TIME OR THE LEGAL NOTICE ETC… FROM YOUR SIDE I ALREAY RECIVED AN
    LEGAL NOTICE DURING WHEN I WAS USING THIS NUMBER AND FACING THE LOSTS
    OF PROBLEMS BUT YOU PEOPLES NEVER TRIED TO SOLVED IT BECAUSE ITS MY
    PROBLEMS NOT YOUR BUT SIR I WOULD LIKE TO CLEAR IT THAT PLS SOLVE IT
    ANY HOW AND THAT IS A HUMBLE REQUIST FROM MY SIDE PLS DON’T STOP MY

    SUBJECT : About My Vodafone Telecom number 9899839118 by the name
    of Mr Rajeev kulshrestha and the connection is from New Delhi only…

    Respected Sir / Madam,

    As I told you earier that this number is 9899839118 started from the
    Vodafone Store at Ansal Plaze new delhi By the plan of 999 that was
    good on that time too but after some time once I visited your store
    about the network problem or not able to talk properly etc… but your
    staff is too good they listen to me very much and they changed my mind
    and very clearly and cleverly they forced me to take the best of good
    or better plan than the 999 that was I am using before , they told me
    to switch over the new plan of 444 – this plan save your money and
    time and others problem too so after that I also agreed ok go with
    that too , but I also told them that I am leaving the delhi right now
    and its an official ture of 30 -35 day to come back they sure me sir
    there is no problem from the side of Vodafone too that is my need I
    was using one or only one number in the media and press or TV or
    publication or any event in all over india too and I have to move at
    every place of india like Agra, Lucknow, Alhabad and than Chandighar
    than Jaipur and after than my boss says to to Goa there was some
    exebition is going to be held and you have to attend that also than
    Mumbai than Kolkota too and back to new delhi by that time I was using
    – 444 plan – so you can say a loss of 34 day with out network with out
    talk with out incoming call and I have not given any discount on my
    bills also so tell me now dear Sir or Madam ,

    After that I went to their okhla office yes on the same time of the
    month they Vodafone people or your legal lawer send an legal notice to
    clear all the amount I have to pay otherwise they disconeted my this
    number too and I request them to please not to send any type of legal
    notice at my address becaue my mother don’t like the bothering items
    from the out side too because she is a heart peasent too and doctor
    always advice to take care and take the rest too …

    After my request to the sant nagar Vodafone store they change my 444
    plan into the plan of talk 149 for the next of three years after I
    think that ok now I hope there is not again any problem from my side
    or the Vodafone side too , but later some time its fine going with al
    l the means but the last two or three month I have to face the same
    problem – like the bill , Amount and recived by the unknown person at
    my house what is that I am not able to understand any more pls what to
    do with your people too



    When I did ask about the second copy of my that bill and send it
    urgently resend to me at any cost and tell me the entire information
    why my bill jumps till 890/- pls clear it now then I will clear the
    amount too but you people talk it in the negative manner too and they
    keep call ing me when did you without asking this is the right time to
    talk or I personally feel there way of talking not to good and not at
    the cost of profossinal too



    So either you clear this metter by your way or I have to clear it with
    my way too

    Default vodaphone activating alert without consent

    I live in Gurgaon my Vodaphone mobile no is 9999156858. I live in Gurgaon.
    On 27th August I recharged with Rs.210 and got an sms "Your account has been
    refilled successfully by Rs 210.0. Your Vodafone prepaid account balance is Rs 211.1
    Your Transaction ID is DL09139852218". I was going out of station so I switched off
    the phone and next day when I switched on the phone a message on the screen said
    that I had Rs.176/- balance. I called 140 same balance. I came back to Gurgaon on
    29th Aug. and went to vodaphone's office in JMD building all they said was there are
    no transactions please come after 24 hours. On a hunch I started checking all the
    messages on my mobile phone and found a sms dated 16.6.2009, which said "Dear
    Customer, Rs.30 is dedicated as monthly charge for Bollywood Alert ". I was shocked
    and have been trying to call customer care service but by some trick the phone goes
    into a menu loop and I am never able to talk to any cust. care personnel. I have
    written a email to Vodafonecare.Del@vodafone.com to refund of money deducted from my
    account as I realised that the amount with service tax etc comes approx equal to the
    amount deducted. I probably had not checked earlier and the amount must have been
    deducted in June and July as well. Please let me know what I should do.

    For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Wait for the response for at least 10 days because the Nodal officer will have to provide you any solution within 10 working days. Send a written complaint and kindly revert back soon after getting any reply from him. The address is:

    This is a complaint regarding mis-selling of the product "3G USB Stick" done by Vodafone.
    Seema (Telecaller) had sold me this product as a 3G service during
    March at a time when your 3G services were not even active. I was led
    to believe that I am buying a 3G internet / data connection and was
    told that the 3G services are scheduled to be activated during 3rd
    week of March.


    I never heard from Vodafone about any 3G activation and when I visited
    the vodafone gallery, I was shocked to hear that I will have to
    migrate to an altogether different plan in order to avail 3G services.

    So, in a nutshell... your telecaller sold me a 3G plan for Rs. 699/-
    which was infact only a 2G plan....
    In fact, the speed etc of the Vodafone services is poorer than most other internet services...


    The data card has been inactive for the past 2 months and doesnt runwhen connected to a laptop or PC. Only the sim card is active that too

    only runs on a mobile phone.



    I approached the Vodafone Gallery in Mulund West with my complaint of mis-selling.
    Though, I was provided with a complaint number, and assured that the
    resolution for the issue would be provided within 48 hours.... I am
    yet to formally hear from them.

    After that I have sent a couple of mails to the customer care regarding this issue and made several
    phone calls to resolve why the service is not being provided, I was met with no response again.

    So, till date the Vodafone USB stick is not working while the bills are getting acrrued.

    I need resolution on two issues:
    1. Don't want to pay the bills for the period the product was rendered useless
    2. Want explanation / compensation for the mis-selling.
