I had purchased motorola handset MOTOROKER E6 from The Mobile stores at bangalore in may 2008.. I payed huge sum of 13000 INR for that..trust me thats hard earned money..I got warranty of 1 year.. Phone started giving problems. I was not able to hear anything and it used to get heated up.I gave for servicing under warranty period.I gave to Pranav Infocom,#B2 & B3,Divya Cnclave,Opp Canara college,Jail road,Mangalore(Phone no-0824-4274150).I was shocked to hear that there was water damage to motherboard even though my phone never fell down or in water..God sake, it doesnt even have even single scartch on it.. They then told me its due to the sweat which has gone in while talking.. I tried to convience them that its not my fault n everyone keeps the phone to ears while talking.. This is not the excuse.. And i had given in warranty period so it was their duty to repair it.. i requested them so many times.. They were very rude n they refused to repair it. I told them that i gonna put it in consumer court but they were least bothered.. i had given it for servicing on 21/05/09.. today its more than three months but i havent got my phone back, forget about repairing. I mailed to Motorola.MD in delhi but they never responded back.. Im a doctor, my life is hell busy.. i dont get time to go to the centre n get phone.. I called them many a times to repair it but they never listened.I really tired of it.. Please do something.. I want my phone back repaired. This is the last resort left for me...I hope i get some response from you atleast..
