Cheated by Airtel Prepaid to postpaid connection Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Karthik.D from bangalore,
I have been cheated by Airtel people in dealing on prepaid connection to post paid.
I have received a call from airtel on last week on July 2009 from mobile number 9611261312 her name is Priya she said and she explained me the plan detail and sent her representative to collect the document.
on 06-August-2009 i have give my voter id card xerox and 350/- amount too. Since it was raining that day i was unable to collect the receipt for the same, but the representative give me a new sim card saying it will activated in 3 days.
But since that day the new sim was not activated and there is no varification call from Airtel, than i tried calling back to the lady who in the number 9611261312 she is unable to followup on this case and i tried calling her manager but she disconnected by saying she is in meeting.
Finally the lady Priya give one persons number 9611262006 his name is Barath and this department works in activating the sim cards, but these person mobile is always swiched off or busy i not got line once to speck with him.
Hence am requesting you how i can take this issue forward. I need my sim to get activated or they need to bare some panishment.

Airtel not allowing me to port out to other network. Hi,
I made a request to port out from airtel to relaince , but after few days it got rejected. They told me a excuse that this number is new and could not be ported out before 90 days, while I am using this number from last two year and the service provider is same"airtel.Their excuse is a big lie, please find my old mobile bill details which is of 28-sep-2010.
If I changed this from postpaid to prepaid then whats I DID wrong, for me its still airtel. It was my second unsuccessful attempt. I really too much frustrated and get tired from excuses, please help me because it seems there is no hope to get rid of my problem.
My mobile number is 9971009472.
And unique port ID is ad769815.
