    Default Compaint about airtel service to the consumers (Mobile number 9730592222)

    Hello Sir,

    This is Ashish Rai, My mobile number is 9730592222. I am using Airtel corporate
    connection, I have two major issues.

    1) I am using this connection from last 11 months. And from last 11 month I am
    continuously complaining about network issue facing at my residential address which
    is given below. Number of times I talk with Customer care department, Network
    department, Appellate officer and nodal officer. from last 11 months they are
    always telling me same answer your complaint will be resolve in 1 week. But I am not
    getting any solution fro any authority.Also I am seeing irresponsible attitude from
    Airtel employees for providing service. I am losing 400 - 500 per month because of
    network issue or connectivity problem. I tried call Nodal officer on 9987234865, but
    on this number nobody is picking up my phone. Really this is very worst experience I
    am facing form Airtel service.

    2) I closed my second Airtel connection on 3rd March 2009, the number is
    9096332221. Your customer care department told me they will refund amount within 40
    days. But now it's 6 month completed. I am still haven't receive any refund amount
    from Airtel. For this also I am continuously complaining to both customer care
    department ,nodal officer and Appelate Authority. But there is no effect on your
    customer care department , nodal officer or respective department. I am always
    paying my bills on time you can check the record, than why this delay from Airtel
    side for paying my refund amount. Why there is no due amount for paying late refund
    to custome?.

    Please now Suggest me What I needs to do ? please reply soon and let me know how
    can I proceed to the consumer court for this issue.

    ATTENTION PLEASE

    every time we talk to customer care , there's a numbr generated which should be kept for further reference like....for use in cousumer court
    this number is an evidence that we had conversation with the irresponsible customer care.

    send your concern to their appellate authority through e-mail(email address is on airtel website)
    then straight go to consumer court with fee of rs100/- only and you can also demand compansation because of the mentak harrassment caused and deceased in quality of services.
