Dear Sir,

From last 2 months reliance communication is troubling me.
I am using reliance prepaid mobile 9323452592.
On this mobile from the month of june reliance is automatically activating
some value addedd services without my confirmation and charging it for me
and if i call them for the same that it has been deducted wrongly and
without my knowledge then they refund money if i call them within 3 days of
deduction of money or else they just deactivate the service and don't return
my money and after few days again they activate any new service and charge
me for that.From june i have called them more then 5 times for the same
problem and still they keep on deducting my money and thier customer support
executive are very rude when i ask for refund of my money
