I am using Tata Indicom Telecom services from last more than a Eight Months. My
A/cNo. 901259044 mobile No. 9212667762, 9212728763,9212729024.I had made the payment
of Rs 1092/= on 3rd August 2009 by Chq No. 360936 drawn at Bank of Maharashtra vide
recipt No TTSL/09/10/2316 against bill No 711552280 Dtd 15/07/09.And the Chq. was
cleared from my account on 6th Aug.09. My Phone outgoing services was Barred on 8th
Aug.09. I spoke to Customercare my complaint No. 184332943 to get the reason. the
Customercare executive said the Account was not updated. and he retained my services
on my call after noteing the details of my Payment made to the Collection executive.
And again from tommrow 17th August 2009 the outgoing services are again barred. And
the customercare Executive has given me the same payment outstanding reason which
was made by me 15 days back. he is requesting me to send the receipt of payment made
by FAX or the scanned copy by mail. Both
the thing r not possible for me as I dont keep such services with me, Nor I am in a
mood to keep such Cummunication services to be in touch with TATA INDICOM. I
request my serives immediately of discontinue permanently on the 3 numbers as
mentioned above. If you r not keeping trust worthy executives in yr organization.
