Complaint against Reliance CDMA for refusing connection & not refunding MNP charges

    Angry Complaint against Reliance CDMA for refusing connection & not refunding MNP charges

    Two months back, I went to Reliance World to get new CDMA Post Paid connection. I was charged Rs. 250/- for Mobile Porting Charge (without MNP they were charging Rs. 500/). But even after one and half month I did not received any connection. I when contacted the Reliance Gallery they told me that your address is untraceable even when I submitted clear address proofs. When I asked for refund they rudely told me that you will get it by post after 3 months. This is a height of a fraud and cheating from Reliance. How can they locate my address for refund not for giving connection.They simply pocketed the money and now refusing to give back. I simply want strict actions against concerned Reliance officials. As a Consequence, I lost all the mobile reimbursements during these 2 months, which I was suppose to get from my Company which insist on showing Postpaid bill for the Mobile Reimbursement. I had to personally pay for all the officials calls which I made though my prepaid mobile.

    They said they tried five times for locating my address, while they forgot to call me even once as they have got my existing mobile number.

    Thumbs down Reliance CDMA refused to Tranfger My Phone to another network

    Hi
    I am Reliance customer from last 6 years. now i requested to MNP request to want to transfer my number to Vodaphone. Reliance refused for MNP and not providing the reason why they did this.

    Please let me know the next step what i can do to transfer my phone number another service provider.

    Default The connection is barred after a month usage

    I Kaushik Ballav have taken a Reliance GSM connection after lot of harrassment and later the number has been barred showing reason of re-submitting papers. I have a taken a connection two months back from the Mobile Store at 5th Block Koramangala. I have submitted the required identity and address proof along with a photograph. They failed to acitvate the connection and after two weeks they requested to take a new number vide 8431506060. They have also requested for re-submission of papers as an identity to the Reliance Representative at the Mobile Store next to the Paramount Hotel at Koramangla. The representative activated the number within 10 minutes. The number worked for approx a month and stopped working after that. I contacted the reliance customer care and they requested for re-submission of papers again, which is ridiculous and accpetable as I have submitted the paper twice. Please do the needfull an re-activate the action without further harrassment.
