Hi,
I am hemant metalia. I have purchased two reliance prepade sim cards. then after i have activated a skim of 195 rs which is reliance to reliance free skim then after a week when i was talking on phone the phone cut and i was hearing message that your sim is barred please contact customer care. I didnt got any warning message before it. after that i came to know that both of that cards are barred so what can i do now to activate it?? I have purchased it from ahmedabad and i am in gandhinagar so after calling to customer care from another number i came to know that i have to submit my document again but i didnt got any such information message on my barred number before or after. then please inform me what can i do further???

This is Ajit Kumar ,Ranchi, Jharkhand brought Reliance GSM Mobile No # 8252790038 on about few days like 2 weeks ago. Bust Suddenly I started getting message “your number barred please contact customer service”.When I triend calling up Reliance Customer Care,Its not getting connected by any number. Finally, as of now my SIM is not in service.
