Pl refer my complain Still no improvement in signal strengths and call drop
neither any of your engineer nor any executive try to solve or contact for
above problem.

I hv again lodge a complain 107021850 dated 16/08/2009 for reversal and one
more to floor in charge 1343437490 dated 16/08 /09 for reminder and waiting
for quick response

Please see from last four month we are unable to use our mobile on 10 am to
7.30 PM at our office address .we are paying r2r free and unlimited data
use plan but due to signal problems we are unable to use this our channel
partner and marketing staff are paying more then 1 lac per month revenue to
reliance and reliance is not solve big client problems then how a small
person hope good service from reliance .

You are requested to please credit our last four month bill pay amount and
/recharge amount and confirm.
