    Angry Complaint against Airtel Customer Care (121)

    I have called on airtel's customer care number 121 quite a few times to sort out the persistent issues, and many times I have been forced to wait for a long time(sometimes even for 15-17 minutes) for the customer care executive to pick up the phone.

    I ask the question to the Airtel Managers: Isn't our time important? Don't we have other important stuff to do rather than listen to the airtel tune for half-hour??

    All I can say is Airtel's Customer Care is too incompetent and incapable to deal with the huge amount of complaints (which would not be there if Airtel improves its services in the first place).

    ive been activated with the plan of Unlimited Combo Plan with a rental of 999 on July 31st... Plan was described unlimited download capacity but ive been charged rs. 5722.. on Sept 2nd i get a bill of rs.7256 for Internet usage.. With Complain No. 3495530 complaint was lodged on 4th Sept and this was supposed to be resolved on 12 Sept before 12:38 pm ... On calling the customer care again by 1 pm asking about the resolution.. all wat i can hear them say is problem solved n i m informed fault is mine.... i ve recorded all the calls and conversations ive had with Airtel customer which clearly says i shouldnt have been charged for Internet when im in an so called "Unlimited Plan".. i will not be making the Payment for billings errors of Airtel until waveoff is done for the extra bill amount thats shows on my bill...... why do u have to cheat a commonman... y der is no assistance... y u guys are behind making money cheating ppl wid ur so called sales tactics... need solution....

    Default My Balance didection not Customer care not picking my phone

    HI,
    I am raising this complain of behalf of Richa Sharma. She is using ur services from a long time. Now there is many times her balance dedected and internet is not working in her mobile. He is trying to connect with ur customer care number but they are not responding and disconnect her call. Please take a proper action so that he can use ur services.

    Dear all Broadband Users,

    All of you to inform you that if you want to get the broadband service then never ever try to get Airtel Broadband becoz I am using or was using a no.0120-4253863, I logged a complain on 7th Sep 2011 becoz my Internet connection is not working but they can't resolve the problem even it 16 days crossed today.The only thing they can do they can revise your complain no from 3676314 to 3873788 to 4356664 and if you dare to try to call their customer care no 121 or 198 then you are simply wasting your expensive time becoz they will communicate to you like you are wasting their time they can't resolve the problem but they can repeat your conversation what you have communicated earlier or that will be aggressively.Becoz I am facing this since 8th Sep11.

    And this is not the end they will also charge you for this as your rental will continue even connection is working or not or customer has whatever problem due to this they even don't care.If the airtel have raised the bill then you have to pay.

    The other solution is email to Nodal: that is also a very blunder mistake if you want to do this.
    the overall mail from Manisha Tyagi from Nodal which I received on 19th Sep11, I am attaching below which is not resolved yet;

    Default Airtel Service Complain

    I am a very old customer of Airtel Mobile , using from last 7 years. I found the airtel customer care service of Mumbai is the worst service compare to other operator of Mumbai region.
    Issue: - I want to change my post paid plan to pre paid plan, so I approach the nearest airtel gallery submitted the request with necessary documents and the applicable amount. They said that your prepaid service will be activated in 24 hrs max, Now it is 72 hrs and my service is not got started, even now days if you take new connection it will start in 4 hours max. Now when I tried to enquire this on 121/123 I was not able to reach them on entire Sunday OCT 23-2011 as there phone get disconnected when I select to talk customer care representatives(CCR).
    I Got them in the next morning but all the CCR are unable to solve the query (they are not capable at to solve any problem ...is they are? ), they have no idea why my number is not get started. They suggest to call post paid department when I call to the post paid department they were also helpless and said call to pre paid or go to the gallery from where u have requested the change. Now I get flustered and I want to escalate the call to manager. CCR was not ready to transfer my call to the manage after several request when the call get transfer to the Manager, Manager gives the same replay that we are hopeless, Please contact to post paid department when I want escalation from here also he has given me a nodal manager number (9987234865).
    God this No 9987234865 is charging 2/Min for waiting. I have lost till 80 INR RS but still unable to talk to the nodal Manager ( Now AIRTEL has found new idea to increase their balance sheet , and cheat the customer ).
    Is this no 9987234865 giving Service? The ans is no, So why they are charging? God Knows or mr Bharti Mittal?
    I am again going to call 9987234865 no may be this time I am lucky , and can speak to the great manager with 2/ MIN .
    Hope my Problem get solved……………………..

    Smile 125 calls regarding Airtel Telephone brodband connection

    I am satendra agrawal customer of airtel last 13 years, i have enquired about telephone connection four-five months back, and also i have activated/purchase a airtel lanline connection on that time, No. is 01204566767 through airtel authorised parter, but after that too airtel customer care/authorised co. representative continously calling me till date and till time at 1.52 P M on 27.10.2011, and among them one person name abhishek repeatedly calling me from no. 9990319996 regarding telephone brodband connection at my mobile 9810034369 atleast 30-35 times, already conveyed a massage that i have already purchased the connection.
    they have a list who want a connection, but they do not updated the list and repeatedly calling to the person

    this is redicules, i am very muche tired for this stiputed calls

    my name is rakesh tiwari on 29/oct/2011 i called the airtel coustmer care for 5 times for solving my problem my problem that im facing with your services given to me on my blackberry smart phone.but there was no one to help me properly no 1 has responded me properly and when i said them to transfer the call to their call to their seniors they jst winded up my call. is this the way your company behaves with their coustmers.
    i hope thet u people will reach me as soon as possiable.
