    Dear Mr.Arvind Keswani

    I regret to inform that inspite of your commitment we have not received the hard
    copy of the bill till today which I am supposed to received by 12th Aug.09 at
    16:00hrs.

    But as i have already received the sofy copy of the itemised bill and found so many
    calls reflect which we have not made from our nos so immediately inform to your
    customer care dept.on 14th Aug.09 and got the complain no.184806699(Mr Krishnan).and
    also i requested for the last two months itemised bills as i have doubt the same
    might be with the last bills.

    Now i am sending the detail of discrepency of the call which is not made from our
    nos and also marked with the different colour.

    As this nos was used as landline no in my home and my father and mother is staying
    at home and father is handicap retired person(Senior citizen)and i am working
    outside delhi 20-25 days in a month .



    Now if there is emergency for any reason they cannot make any call for which tata
    tele is responsible due to the wrong billings generated at your end and we have
    complained many times and getting delayed responses so you have disconnected the
    nos for the incoming and outgoing and now immediately we have to take the another
    connection.

    I am old subscriber of your Tata Indicom bearing connectin No"s 65373333, 65374444 . I have been complaining for improper working and variuos faults in both the lines for number of times .Your technicians had attended my complaint time to time but surprisingly the problems were not solved. Being quite olds connections the No"s are in circulation to all my contacts. I am in a great afix wether to continue or discontinue to be your subscriber.

    I bought a Tata Photon + on 31st July 2009 having number 9230040689 and account number 934185426.

    After using the photon I found that speed is very very low. I contacted customer support they gave me various settiing but couldnot increase the speed. The speed I was getting was in the range of 100 to 300 kbps. This was tested from the website provided by Tata support executive. The complaint was registered vide email on august 10 2009 vide docket number 184342283.

    Various executive visited my house, changed various setting in the computer but could not increase the speed. They checked with 2-3 computers at various locations in house and even used their own laptop to check but of no avail.

    On complaining to nodal office on august 11 2009 he closed the call informing me that speed between 256 kbps to 600 kbps is Ok. and had no explanation why my Photon is working so slow.

    On appealling to to Applleate Authority vide no. 193074549 dated 14th October 2009 I am yet to receive any answer.

    I hv stopped using the connection and is running around to get my refund from the comapny, for this expensive white elephant where the ad claims speed upto 3.1 MBPs but comapny says it is not possible.

    Now they are only asking for the bill which they have generated without solving the problem. The 3 bills I have already paid without getting any service, they are silent about it. The complaint to Nodal Office and Apellate Authority is still pending.

    Default Tata Photon Plus Worst Service/Support and Speed

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    I am Kaushik Chakraborty staying in New Delhi, Mahipalpur, Tata Photon Plus A/c No. 906498634 Photon + No 9266164035, got this postpaid connection on the second week of Feb, 2010. the day I took the connection I am facing Speed related problems. The speed is worst (sometimes 20 kbps), disconnects frequently and speed varies a lot.

    I filed a complaint on Feb 16, 2010 regarding this. the CS allotted maximum resolution time till Mar 25 1:00 PM. After that an Engineer visited my house and said that a booster would be planted in my premises soon. I waited till mar 25 ( 40 days approx), Today is Mar 26, when I contacted today they said my maximum resolution time has been extended to more 30 days. Does it make any sense. That means you take 70 days (More then 2 months Approx) to resolve the issue.

    I have expended around 4000/- Rs. to purchase this Shity Device and paying bills every month. You all Tata Indicom guys shame on you. Your CS says the same recorded dialogue “We are sorry for this", "Please Wait till the resolution time". Shame on you guys. I have taken this connection only due to the brand value of TATA, but I am really disappointed and surprised by all these.

    At the time of purchase you guys promise a lot while the reality is far away from what u have premised. I don’t know weather this mail would be able to open your eyes or not but please it is my request don’t cheat us with false promises and commitments. I am about to disconnect this shity connection, also I will suggest everybody not to go for TATA PHOTON PLUS.

    Default No sim card available in East Delhi' s Hub

    Dear Sir,
    I am using the tata number since 6 years. Since that i am not facing any problem. But now some problem is there that last week i lost my mobile phone. Due to this i want a new sim card but Since last week I went all east delhi TATAINDICOM HUB ( kRISHNA NAGAR, VIVEL VIHAR, ANAND VIHAR, PREET VINAR ETC.) but all are say are saying that we have not new sim card. For this i am facing too much diffulty. I have request to you that kindly ask all the hubs why they are not providing the sims to the coustmer. My name is deepak chandra and mobile no. is 9212016176. and another alternate no. is 9818304026. Kindly solve this as early as possible.

    Default False billing inspite of repeated requests

    Sir,
    I m very upset the reason is pathetic service. I have this Tata Landline 011-65258566 since last seven years i never faced any issues but from the last two months i have biiling issues as suddenly i got a bill of 3422 in the month of june. which was unexpected. I repeatedly had words wid coustomer care and asked them to send me a itemised bill . Finally after one month I got a itemised bill . Shocked to see most of the calls were fake . This is my official number amd my shop is closed on sunday and itemised bill shows STD calls made on Sundays.Which is the main reason of increase in the bill. I called thousand times,launched repeated complaints spoke to the executives. They called me up and asked me to pay 1700 they told me this is the exact amount of your bill and I paid 1700. But again in july i got the bll of 7631 plus added last month dues and Now they are calling me up and asking me to pay 8930. They are harrasing me to clear the bills. I think my number has been alloted to someonelse or a STD booth.Kindly look into the matter and please send me a genuine bill as soon as possible. . I m shocked to see such kind of negligence how can somebody else can make calls from my number that also STD calls. I dont want any of your executives to call me up and harras me to pay the bills .iI m ready to pay the genuine bill but not for the services used by others.Waiting for your positive response .

    Post Reg : Cutting our Mobile bills through unnecessary offers

    Hello Sir,

    This is P.Vandhana i have a tata indicom prepaid connection for 9297158419,9294005439
    the details of my complaints are :

    * on May 2010- Rs 30 were deducted from my phone account on the account of Caller Tunes alert even though i had not subscribed for it.i complained at your customer care but no action was taken.

    * on May 2010- Rs 30 were deducted from my phone account on the account of Tollywood Gossips alert even though i had not subscribed for it.i complained at your customer care but no action was taken.

    * on June 2010- Rs 30 were deducted from my phone account on the account of Tollywood Gossips alert even though i had not subscribed for it.i complained at your customer care but no action was taken.

    * on July 2010- Rs 30 were deducted from my phone account on the account of Tollywood Gossips alert even though i had not subscribed for it.i complained at your customer care but no action was taken.

    even though we are unsubscribing on 16 August 2010 by calling 155223 at that time it is giveing the message that you are not a subscribed member again the money is deducting from my account .

    * on 16th August 2010- Rs 30 were deducted from my phone account on the account of Voice SMS alert even though i had not subscribed for it.i complained at your customer care but no action was taken.

    * on 2nd September 2010- Rs30 On the 2nd September 2010 itself i recharged my account and they were deducted on the account of Youth Package SMS alert, which as in the above case , i had not subscribed for.when i went to d service center he challenged me back saying that i have no proof that i didn't apply for this service.

    Though I request them to stop this offers SMS service No.of Times even though they didn't stop instead of giving the reply they are shouting on us and they are telling that they wont give our money back they are telling what ever you want to do you do but we cant give your money back they are telling like that ....
    i need the justice and i need my money back and not only this time so many times they done like that this is 8th time they are doing like this i want to put on a consumer court ....


    pl suggest me what to do ?
    shall i file a complaint in the consumer court... ?

    hi,

    i would like to infrom you i am tata indicom servcies frompPast 6 year i am one of your vintage customer & always pays bill on time .from past one month i am facing problem in my tata walky in this regards i have logged compaints many time but d.nt got any revert from your side.your customer care represative are even not able to solve my problem and do not have any proper knowldge of your process......

    Then i also escalated this issue to the nodal team and they told me that my issue will be rectified by 4 pm on 08 sep...
    but i didt got any solution an even complaint closed today with out any resolution....

    This is the way that tata is treating there vintage customer.i am very unsatified with services of tata......

    i didnt know what is the issue for replacing instrument or solving this is small concern....

    this is the last time i am escalating this matter to you or after that i will stop my all payments and also want to meet tata in the consumer form.......

    Default compliant against balance deductoin

    this to inform you that i am totally usatisfied with the pathetic services of tata indicom.
    as my balance account has been deducted twice (rs 30 )on 13th sept 2010 and 13 oct. 2010(rs 30).
    But i have never asked to susbscribed such service.
    and i am very unsatisfied that my grevience was ignored by customer care executive on 13 oct. 2010
    as my call was disconnected mainer times.
    kindly refund my rs 60 immidiately otherwise i am about to disconnect your connection.

    I applied for post paid to prepaid transfer on 8th dec submitting all documents. On checking on 18th Dec, docs had not been forwarded and had to visit the Sahara Mall cust service again to get it done. On 26th they converted my connection to prepaid, at the same time disconnected my connection. On making numerous calls to cust service came To know that FRC was not done of which i was not informed at the time of document submission.

    Today(4th jan) i receive message that i need to submit document again. I tried calling cust service twice and was disconnected by the rep. (Arshad) I tried calling again, but my call was blocked and routed to email support( recorded voice directed me )
    I am unable to make any calls, and suffering losses because if it.

    My phone (9212392992) has now been disconnected. I marked a mail to the concerned authority, and in response they disconnect my phone completely.

    Can someone please read this and do the needful.

    It seems nobody at Tata can comprehend this or they simply chose to ignore it.

    Finally I visited Tata office in Lajpat Nagar and resubmitted my documents on 13th Jan 2011. When I informed rep (Khursheed) that I have already submitted my docs, "Sir hamare record mein reflect nahi kar raha. Agar submit kiya hota toh yahan reflect karta." Anyways I asked for a receipt since I wanted some proof, rep declined saying you can just write my name(Khursheed) and the day. Asked how much time it will take for activation, rep informed 24-72 hrs.
    I wonder, if it will happen within the specified time.
