I am very much disappointed with Docomo service. My contact number is 9036751065. I hope wirting this email to help fix my problem
My outgoing call facility was barred since last Saturday(8 Aug 09). I called customer care, they said
my address verification is negative. I resubmitted the documents(Driving License and EB bill) again on 11 Aug 09 but still outgoing is barred.
Retails shop told they have given the documents to DOCOMO. Everyday I am calling customer care they are simply
bluffing that documents are received outgoing will be activated in 4 hours. But still outgoing is barred.
I was usuing Airtel postpaid connection, after i took docomo i have cancelled that postpaid mobile connection.
I have 4 bank accounts, credit cards. statements are reaching me regularly. I am wondering how this address is negative.
Now I can not have any option to make outgoing calls. Customer care is helpless, always giving wrong information.
Even I have spoke to one of the manager there, no proper response.
I want to file a case against them.
Help me in this regard.

I purchased TATA DO CO MO prepaid Sim last month in Chennai. I have submitted a photo copy of my passport and color photo graph and I have also filled up the form. Today, all of a suddent my out going has been barred.
I called up the customer care and they were not able to give a proper reason for the same!! The girl kept saying Sorry Mam, and also told me to check with the retailed or submit the docs again. I have never faced a problem like this with Airtel or Vodafone.
This really Sucks!
I'm going to make sure nobody I know purchases Tata Do Co Mo connection EVER!

My number is 8951557243. I have been trying to call the customer care number from the past 4 hours but the automated voice services only says that all the customer care representatives are busy attending other calls. Tata Docomo has to drastically do something about this. I was previously using Airtel services and till date have not faced a problem like this. Kindly help me out with this.
