    Default AIRCEL customer care is not responsing my call & neither my service is activated

    Sir/madam,



    I am new customer to aircel & feel like I am caught in lucrative & fraud
    promotion adds of your company. Since I had join aircel customer care
    no.-121 is not responsing to my call some time it make me as long as more
    than 10 mints on hold & even than call drops in between without response. &
    even before some times. I had also recharged for pocket internet last week
    but till date I ddin't received any setting for that. I also send SMS "WAP"
    to 121 till then I didn't received my setting I had also registered my
    complaint on 11.08.09 online at site but still didn't got any response plz
    help me I want to refund all my money for new connection i.e. Rs.50+Rs100
    for talktime + Rs.98 for pocket internet. Otherwise legal action will be
    taken against you as per law & guide lines of TRAI I am also registering my
    complaint on TRAI & cusumer court.

    I am new customer of aircel.Right now I am in roaming,incoming calls are not coming on my number. I have also charged with on talking to customer care.I have paid for pocket internet service but my mobile yet not connecting to pocket internet in day time. Nither I am getting balance check message after making calls nor getting any resposnse from customer care numbers.

    Are you able to solve my porblems immidiatly If not send me a message for your incapability.I want proper service.

    Sir/Madam,

    This is Shailendra Mandal, today i had call Mr. Chandan Kumar, regarding as PUK Number.This Employee belongs to Aircel Customer care.. but Mr. Chandan Kumar behave like rudely, why do like this i don't know, but on that time i feel uncomfortable. He was saying what's your mobile number, sim-card number as well as that sim has to belongs to whom. I have already told him, after that do like this.. He would say you call me after 10-20 minutes.

    So please Kindly takes this action.

    AIRcel is the worst ever network i experienced.....PLease friends dont choose aircelll...The customer care officers were on leave in 2010...No fucking officers respomding to any queries....often unwanted charging etc etc.........i think there isnt any customer care offices in aircel.They are cheating us

    I've been using Aircel fol about 2 months and every other day it makes me feel that I have committed a crime by choosing it.
    just a few days back i got a call from Aircel that under a new scheme i could get caller tunes for free. There would only be registration charges and there would be no song selection charges.
    at first i said no but the man on the other side urged me to subscribe for the scheme tempting me to do it.
    finally i succumbed to the temptation and instantly rs 30 were deducted from my account(registration charges).
    then i tried to get the caller tune by message but it says "MESSAGE NOT SENT"(though messages are being sent to other nos.). i tried to call customer care but it says to hold for a moment. i called again and again only to be put on hold. and found that rs 3 had been deducted from my account(rs. 0.50/min under the new policy).
    Now i would demand from you to either payback whatever this caller tune scheme and your customer care calls that have proved no good or i would be forced to take a strict action against you.

    my mobile no 9710714854 i have not activated for ringtones in songs/sweet dreams,so many times i have sent your complaint UNDT58273 simply not in service , if i have recharged why you are automatically taking money, simply cheating and you will swipe the recharge amount, donot earn money by cheating, one time your person i caught in phone he is simply replying he is having proof for activation, whether you are bold enough to come directly with proof ,
    you are like platform sellers.

    My compliant is on Aircel Customer Service.According to me,the agents who attending the call, haven't trained well to speak with the Customer.When I put a call to the customer care,Iam facing various problems day by day.Sometimes my line is not been connected with the agents,or on the other side attending but not giving any response and keeping quit."Yesterday night when I put a call,it got connected,but no one is speaking.Iam shouting like a mad,but there is no response and after 10 minutes they disconnected my call.Meanwhile when I again tried and a guy attended,I explained the Issue regarding an Offer which I got through SMS.I have done the recharge but haven't got any benefits.I keep on compliant on same from the day one,but not yet solved still yesterday,they keep on asking me 48 hrs time.when I asking this guy,even he is telling the same thing.I got anger and asked to transfer the call to the higher official.He transfered but Iam waiting for more than one hour,but only ring sound is hearing and no higher official attented.I lose my patience and disconnected and tried again,A girl picked up,in her call there is no soft skill,no empathy,no positive approach,no simuntenious response,rude behaviour,no respect to the customer.She didn't gave me any proper response.I haven't asked her to escalate the call to her higher official,but she herself escalated without any permission.And a guy picked up the call(David,Higher Official),he is worser than her.He's speaking as like working in a Government Office.Iam very frustrated.Like this there are many more happenned like automatic dailer tune activation without customer's request.One day I called to enquire about my balance details,at that time the guy,who attended the call,asking me"Sir,Have u called for Time Pass".This is the way they are speaking with customer.So kindly do the needful regarding this issue and reply to my email-ganesh_r1988@yahoo.com,9710951198

    Default Aircel is a fraud company

    Hello friends,

    AIRCEL is a fraud co. it is already in 2G scam and their moto is only to cheat money for Indian customers. AIRCEL being a Malaysian Co. their only moto is fraud, cheating and abusing Indian customers.
    I will suggest port you number to other provider of your choice ASAP.

    Mere mobile pe 23 april 2012 ko DD-655505 se ye sms aaya. "Sirf aapke liye offer!
    Recharge Rs.98= unlimited internet on mobile/PC (30 din) +Rs.30 TalkTime +100 Local A2A min +100 Local SMS Free.Offer 2din ke liye manya."
    main ne usi din 5.47pm pe 98 ka Internet recharge karwaya to DD-AIRCEL se sms aaya k "Your recharge has been succesful by rs 98. And your rs 30 has been credited in your account."
    Phir Internet to free ho gaya awr free minutes awr sms bhi mil gae, magar 30 ka talktime nahi aaya.
    Jab 198 pe complain kiya to pata chala k 48 me aajaega. Jab121 pe kiya to kaha gaya k "Recharge k 24 hrs ke bad ham kuch nahi kar sakte."
    Phir 198 pe call kiya to kaha gaya k "Aap ko zyada pareshani hai to MNP karwa lijiye ya Trai me shikayat kariye.
    Meri aapse request hai k mera pura status check kar ke mera balance dilwa de awr company ko sakht hidaayat den k aage se kisi k sath aisa na ho.

    sir i was recharged in air cel no8892085580 in 07 may 12 for 508/ but pay cut in two time in 1016/ in my account but recharge created only one time please refound my ruppes in my account other wise recharge in thismobile number
