    Angry ISD is not enabled in DOCOMO. Asking for Rs. 3000 deposit for the same !!

    Recently, I have ported in from Airtel to Docomo as postpaid customer. After using the connection for more than a month they are asking for Rs. 3000 as deposit for enabling ISD. Why was this not informed before customer acquisition phase? I would never go for Docomo with this option. The previous service provider Airtel didn't have such conditions and I guess similar is the situation with other service providers.

    Default Breach of contract law by TATA DOCOMO

    Can someone advice me what should be done in this case? The company (TATA DOCOMO) has committed an offense of not stating the "offer" correctly and I had to "accept" an incomplete "offer". This is a breach of "contract law" for sure.

    TATA DOCOMO didnt mention about the hidden cost of Rs 3000 against activation of ISD and now they are charging for the same.
