    Post complaint against customer care service

    Dear Sir,
    I mobile user no 09897365737 have been facing a problem. Baat kaval meri hi nahi hai ye hamare desh ke lakho logo ki hai. Airtel customer care service ke naam par janta ko loot raha hai, wo apne aap hi self service activate karte hai, wo customer ke roj 2-2 rupees se lekar 10 rupees tak kaat lete hai, aur puchene par kahte hai kie ye aapki service activate hone kai kaaran deduct hote hai. Parentu aisa nahi hai. Abhi kuch dino pahle aise hi ek survice jiska naam subscription service filmybuzz hai unhone mere no. par activate kar di, jab mujhe pata chala ki roj mere no. se 2-2 rupees/day(29/8/2011-3/9/11) kaat diye ja rahe hai, to maine customer care ko call kiya, to unhone kaha ki apki suvidha ke liye hai, par jab mene unse kaha ki aisi bekar ki suvida hume nahi chahiye, or wo bina customer ki permission se apne aap self service activate na kare to unhone bahut bahas ki, lekin baad me kaha ki aage se aisa nahi hoga. Phir kuch din baad phir se mere no. pe self service activate kar di, jab mene enquiry ke liye customer care ko call karna chaha ,to unhone respond nahi kiya or mere no. se msg or call ke suvida disconnect kar di.
    Mai apne no. par jitne ka recharge karati hu mera balance deduct kar liya jata hai or customer care koi respond nahi karta. Mai janti hu ki jis problem ko mai face kar rahi hu, aisi hi kai problem ko aur bhi log face kar rahe hai. Kya is tarah se crore logo ko lutna or unse paisa jama kar airtel company chalana mittal gps . ko shobha deta hai. Aise dhokhe baj company chalane walo ke khilaf saakt kaarwahi ke jaie.Aur customer care ko inform kiya jaye ki agar is no. par unhone respond nahi kya to unhe harjana dene hoga.

    Post Complaint against Aircel Customer Care

    Pls Note: This was a complaint registered against Aircel Customer Care through mail talktoaircel@aircel.co.in and waiting for reply.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I am very frustrated and disappointed because of the service you provided with Aircel customer care, your service providers not able to tell me the PUK Code of my no 9842354441 for the past 3-days which was unsatisfactory and want to complaint against them, the issues are mentioned below in point.

    1. They are not able to suggest a customer care no properly. If I am selecting the option no 2 for postpaid connections I just getting connected a prepaid service provider and they simply divert the calls by saying call 121 / 9841012345 / 9842012345 / 9842212345. But they did not understand that I am not able to land on postpaid customer care service. [If I want reach your Aircel postpaid customer service whether I need to search & request other postpaid customers no.]
    2. For past 3-days your customer care service providers keep on saying a repetitive sentence “System up gradation in progress pls call after half-an-hour”, instead of that simply say us today it is possible or not, or else communicate us properly when it will be rectified exactly.
    3. For past 3-days I am keep on tracking your customer care service providers for the above said complaints, but finally they will suggest me only one answer pls contact your Aircel agency / store. [If I found time why the heck am I depending on the customer care service?]
    4. In my observation there is no proper response & technology for postpaid holders comparing to prepaid holders. [Request you to study on this regard]

    To resolve the problem I require you to provide my PUK code asap because I am missing lots of important calls anyways you will not going to compensate the losses but help me out of this issue.

    I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. [If some functions are not able to access by the customer care service provider then re-route it to a real problem solver, pls don’t expect us for getting the details need to go Aircel shop, Technology improved very much pls think & rectify this issue as earliest]
