I convert my two mobile ( 9433188169 , 9432384417 ) to Dosti Plan on 08.08.09 and sent SMS on 09.08.09 after 9 A.M.
After quary from Customer Care , they replied several times that they get my SMS on 10.08.09 and processing going on.
I don't know why I am on que during last 26 days ????

I am a prepaid customer for the last few years. My mobile number is 0-9433948532. I am using your Anant services since more than 18 months whereby I can call two numbers (one landline & one mobile) at much reduced rates. Recently I wanted to replace those two numbers by another set of two numbers which are now my priority and wanted to add then to the reduced calling list instead of the earlier no’s.

As suggested by the customer centre a month back but it is surprising that BSNL authorities have not taken any action till now. I had sent an sms to 53733 by typing:

Again as I didn’t get any confirmation I again spoke to the customer care centre & again sent on Tuesday. Even yesterday I had sent the same sms but in vain. Thus I would request you to help me out in this case as I would like to avail the cheap calling facility for these 2 numbers.

Dear Sir / Madam,

My mother is a customer of Kolkata BSNL mobile. My mother's mobile no. is 9433520004.She is under life-time plan. After every six months I have to recharge her number by Rs.225 only.

On 28th Sep 2008 her validity was over and I had recharged by Rs. 225 on 30th Sep 2008.
After recharging Rs. 225 I had noticed that the balance was Rs. 200. There was no effect of the previous balance of Rs.118.50 (Approx) .The new balance should be( Rs.200. +118.50(Approx)) or 318.50 instead of Rs.200 only.

Then I had registered a complain in BSNL HELPLINE on 04/10/09 , Docket no. is 3783638.
After registering that complain the BSNL people did not take any action till date. Whenever I call them on helpline only one answer is giving to me " It is under observation , we shall inform you later. Please stay with us."

One day Mr. Pradeep Mukherjee , Designation - Sr. Supervisor, told me your complain is genuine. We are looking into this matter . You will get the feedback soon.But unfortunately after that incident 12 days has gone , I did not get any reply. Surprisingly they even didn't bother to inform me how many days will take regarding that matter.

Thats why I am writing this letter. I think the action will take immediately.

Sir I am suffering for the last one year for not receiving proper signal in my area. In this regard I complained in customer care for several time but no action till date. In view of above fact I also complained in our local exchange i.e. Bidhannagar, Kolkata but no response from them. In my area 90% people to leave BSNL connection If BSNL not solve my problem within 15 days then I also leave my BSNL connection. My Mobile No. is 9433127713

i have taken the bsnl sim no 09435401188 on 19 oct 10.the rwtailer has told me that there is a tarrief voucher of rs 47 by which u can make bsnl to bsnl std and local call at the rate of rs .20 paisa/minuit.i have confirmed it from custmure care also but till today means till 22 oct i cannot recharge my this no of this facility .when my retailer has trried for this offer he cannot success,then i complaint it to coustmure care but till now my no is not recharging with this plan please do the needful sir so that i can avail this facility.

Above mobile SIM card not functioning for the last three days though the balance of the said card remains not less than Rs. 250/-. How to resolve yhe problem.

I am Dhruba Roy, my BSNL number is 9432191264..I have two number are active in bsnl dosti unlimited free call plan.But on 8/12/2011 dosti unlimited free call plan deactived .I call bsnl care they say that unlimited plan changes and the plan is 30min/day .How can it possible this is also unlimited plan. look this matter as soon as possible.
