Dear Sir/ Madam,
I the undersigned is resident of Kothrud, Pune. One of Airtel sales executive Mr.
Samesh More approached me 15 days back and introduced me DAP-300 plan for postpaid
connection.
He has committed to offer special plan. And I took three postpaid connections for
me, my wife (Pradnya Wagh) and my sister in law (Prachee Kulkarni).
He has given me three sim cards. Till date my and my wife's number is not activated.
Only my Sister in law's number is activated that also repetitive follow-up and
complaints. Despite of continuous follow up with Mr. Samesh , Mr. Vishnu from Airtel
we are unable to get the benefits of taking postpaid connections. I have paid 3
cheques of Rs 500 each and they have already been dedcuted from my account.

Number committed to my wife is: 9561059297
I am fed up with the services provided and till date know response from their single
sales / customer executive.
Now I have already paid the amount for services which I am not getting.
I request you to look into the matter on urgent basis and help me to get the money I
have paid plus damages on account of mental harrasement.
