My name is Gaurav Mishra. On 11/08/2009 at about 21:40 I inquired the
reliance customer care executive about the validity recharge. The customer
care executive told me that on recharging my mobile (no. 9327040023) with Rs
209/- I would get 1 Year validity and Rs 0.50/pm tariff for all local calls
for 1 year. I recharged with Rs 209/- on 11/08/2009 at 21:57. Now they
(customer care supervisor, Rupal) are telling that the scheme is only for
tariff and no validity could be given. Because of this wrong information
from customer care executive I lost my Rs 209/-, and therefore I want the
reliance to repay it.
