    Default complain regarding airtel services

    Dear sir,
    I have been using airtel mobile number for last 1 year. Over
    past 6 months i was facing many problems relating to service but inspite of
    many complains it was not solved for 3 months. Now when i am asking for some
    relief on my bill and compensation for those 2 months. My mobile number is
    disconnected andd it is not allowed to be activated. I just dont know what
    to do. i m being pushed from one authority to another. And only one response
    i get that they need time. My phone connection is barred because of which i
    am facing a lot of problems and troubles. Its a great loss to me . and
    nobody in airtel is ready to resolve my complain.

    Default Complain Against Airtel

    Dear sir,

    I have been using airtel mobile number for last 2 year. Overpast 1 months i was facing many problems relating to service but inspite of many complains it was not solved . Now when i am asking for why you closs my sim card but i did not get any satisfactory answer

    My mobile number is disconnected and it is not allowed to be activated. I just dont know what to do. i m being pushed from one authority to another. And only one response i get that they need time. My phone connection is barred because of which i am facing a lot of problems and troubles. Its a great loss to me i am businessman . and nobody in air-tel is ready to resolve my complain.

    Default Unnessary balance reduce in airtel

    Dear sir,
    i had using airtel prepaid in last 3 years not only me my family 6 members are using this airtel, last 6 months i get some irritated for airtel services.because of some time airtel services renewed some their services from my mobile it is not good .kindly consider sir.

    Default Worst ever service Airtel

    i was using airtel postpaid for more then 3 years. My SIM stooped working i went down to borivali - w branch they said they cant help me because they dont have SIM IN STOCK ( Close the gallery if you dont have stock for a basic thing). I went to kandivali- w branch paid the dues as asked and she closed my account gave me new card i filled the form and submitted my driving license. The representative called me after 6 hours and said my phone will work now. for 4 days My phone was still not working. I went back to gallery they said they are not aware and will investigate and said it will start in 6 hours i need to pay additional 500. they said its security deposit. Though i had paid all the case before i got my prepaid card.
    NOw after 10 day my card has again stopped working why - Documents not submitted i have given it all in the airtel gallery again i had to submit for what ? same documents still phone is not working.
    apart from that i had recharged for 98 rs for internet still i am being charged every time i use. 98 was a airtel internet plan which does not work.
    AIRTEL gallery are the WORST anyone can come across those people specially borivali- w branch are not fit to be working.
    my average bill on post paid was around 6000 Rs this is the service they give. Just waiting when we will be able to port the numbers to other providers... WORST SERVICE PROVIDER YOU CAN COME ACROSS.

    Default 9810430355 - Problem hasn't solved even after complaining 10-12 times including Nodal

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I working as an Investment Analyst in Gurgaon and carrying Airtel connection with no 9810430355 since June’09. I had chosen Airtel due to its reputed brand image as a best telecom service provider.

    But I am facing the immense problem while using this number in roaming area as I am unable to make a outgoing call in first few attempts (3-8 attempts) in roaming area since commence of this connection & also facing the problem of network unreachable there.

    I had already made 10-11 times complaints to customer care and visit 2-3 times to Airtel centers. Even I already have changed my sim card on customer care recommendation. This problem remains as it is even after complaining Nodal Officer Delhi.

    After making so many complain and efforts I feel very dishearten with Airtel and questioning its image as a best telecom company and intensely wailing for MNP to change my operator.

    It a very humble request to you to take a serious action in this regard. Please do the needful.

    Thumbs down Worst service provider in Telecom and not concerned about the customers

    I have purchased Airtel Prepaid connection ( 95660 28306) from Subhashini Enterprises, in Station Road of Kodambakkam, Chennai on 19 Jan of 2010. On 4th Feb my number is blocked and the reason is my Documents are not submitted by the Retailer.

    When i enquire the retailer, he says, he has submitted them all to Airtel and he promised me my number will work next day. As he said my number started working from next day. So i thought the problem is solved. i was using my phone for all outgoing and incoming calls without any issues.

    But suddenly from 26th Feb ,my number is blocked without any information. When i ask the Airtel relation ship Centre, they say my number is deactivated and i cannot get it again. Subhashini enterprises says he cant do anything and it is airtel's mistake. Airtel Says, my number is deactivated because my documents are not satisfactory and according to them my number is blocked from 4th feb onwards.

    Written mails to customer care doesnot respond with the action plan.

    If my number is blocked from 4th Feb as per Airtel's records,
    1) then how it was working till 25th Feb?
    2) i have done a top up for 400 Rs on 24th Feb, How it was possible to do the topup for the number not working.
    3) Customer care number is 9840198401 if i call from other mobile numbers. But there is no way to talk to the customer care person using this. then how can we contact using other mobile numbers.

    No body is able to answer and the response is also very poor. My calls to Customer care from the Relation ship centres is getting transfered to many people for nearly 30 mins and it will get cut finally.

    So there is no one to take any responsiblity in such a big company....

    I feel just to get money, they are issuing connections and disconnecting it without any reason. But to earn money there are so many ways but what they are doing now is not a justice.

    In this situation what should i do now. How to get back my number or the amount i lost ?

    only after visiting this web site, i found there are so many complaints against Airtel, for which they must feel very shame.

    last fifteen days there is a problem in my india's pripaid card.when they call me in kuwait, without receiving calls balence has been gone from his airtel prepaid card..when i got miss call from their, they lost 11 rs in prepaid card.sir pls do something for this problem.

    Default Wrongful disconnection of Prepaid mobile no 9980560532

    I am facing a very serious problem with Airtel Prepaid connection. Please help or I will have to take up this matter with TRAI tribunal.

    The problem started on 11th March'10 when my number 9980560532 got deactivated and the phone was showing the message "Sim Registration Failed". I contacted the customer care i.e. 121 who told me that the number is not in use and that i need to contact the airtel office for this.

    I went to the Airtel center in Kormangala on 13th March'10 and was initially told by Mr. Ameer that wrong papers were submitted for this number by the dealer and hence the number has been recycled. I told him that I had earlier verified my address to the customer care help desk and they had my correct address and so this was not a valid reason.

    Later (After having waited for 1 hour), I met with the Manager Ms Asma, who after doing some inquiry told me that the address verification department had called on my number on 10th Feb 2010 and some Shobha picked up the call because of which the address verification got negative (meaning a different user is using the number). Now, my number has been recycled and I cannot get the number back.

    Now, the issues i have are:

    1. I, myself have been using this number and am very sure that no other person ever picked any call on my number. So either the person who verified this number is lying or he dialed the wrong number

    2. Even if the address verification got negative, why was I not told during the entire month (From 10th Feb'10-11th March'10)

    3. On asking the nodal officer's number at the Airtel Center, I was told that they dont have the number and even the email id that Mr. Ameer gave me was wrong (it said Nodel officer kk@airtel.in)

    Please look into the matter and revert back to me at the earliest else i will have no other option but to take up this matter with the tribunal besides never using Airtel again and spreading a bad word about airtel all around.

    Default internet charges deduction from talk time ,call not attend be model off.

    I am using airtel internet plan of Rs. 98 & still using it & under this plan the amount for using internet should be deducted from the plan balance but we don't know somehow the money is deducting from our talk-time & the company is not responding too . My most of the money is wasted in just talking to the company no. which is 121 & the other money is wasted in internet plan as mentioned above. It was assured by them that they will refund our money which was deducted by there fault from talk-time , but it is not refunded yet. A person who is higher in post is not also picking up the phone after 5-6 min. & this charges are also applied hence our money is deducting again from talk-time .
    it seems that this is Airtel's new way of earning from the customers . Nodal officer mobile no. is 9893134865 which was provided by customer care executive is not picking phone as well as customer care higher officer ranu instead of solving the problem said that why you have contacted to higher authority directly . My only request is that kindly look into matter on priority base and another is that I want my talk-time to be refunded.
    Hence airtel’s looser the customer I am not recharge the talk time I know it was not any effected because airtel’s generate income resources … like my compliant how mobile setting change ……… I thought airtel’s deputed some person for disturbed setting for income ………………..

    Default unnecessary charging form balance

    Dear Sir,
    This is to bring to your notice that there is unnecessary deduction of balance from my no. Although I'm not using such facilities . I think there may be case of hacking form my no. Therefore you are kindly requested to look into the matter
    and help me out.I want to cancel all my facilities except the basic usage of a mobile connection. A refilling of the balance deducted would be favoured.
