    Post complaint regarding tracking of number

    Hi, myself sreekanth and from past 1 month some unknown person is calling and telling me about my sent text messages like to who i text more and to who i'll call more and all. He told me onething that he is working in AIRTEL customer service and he knows how to track the numbers . I am really feeiling frustrated about this . who the hell he is to track my number, am i criminal ?. please look into this and please dont give any authority regarding tracking of numbers to your all workers working in customer care. my number is 9880889368. if u dont solve my problem surely i'll go to consumer court.

    Unhappy complain

    Dear sir,
    I have been using airtel mobile for more then five years. I am lifetime customer for your service by 999. As per your advertisement, pumplets and other channels I came to know that the company provides more main balance in customer's account for such customers than others, but I get balance as a general customer on each recharging.

    I have already complaint to your customer care many times but not getting proper responce. Your customer care executive seems irresponsible in behalf of the customer. I also given feedback regarding this to responce of your message.

    Default Disconnected for no reason

    I was a regular customer of airtel with no.9895301185 for the past ten years. Due to poor service i was forced to shift over to reliance with same no.i had already cleared all the dues at airtel before switching over to reliance.but the phone was after a month of used under reliance disconnected for reason that i had dues of rs.65/- at airtel that was cleared a month back.on further enquiry it is known that it is only the airtel people not transfering over to reliance a to be known good customer for last ten years. I faith and image of airtel has worsened further the way the airtel people at pattomoffice in trivandrum fail to make up the promise made 15 days back.

    Kindly transfer the no. To reliance immediately .

    Hi am kalpana here and this is my airtel mobile number 9741554414 (prepaid), on oct 18th 2011 i had sent sms asking for unior portability and later on the same day i had called up airtel customer care people and asked them to cancel the portabilty ,(that time that airtel exe said to send sms for 1900 as CNCL ) i did it and i also got a confirmation sms from airtel , and he also said i ll receive a call from his airtel backend people that time i can tel me to cancel , after 1 day i received a call from the airtel backend people 1 lady spoke to me, i said her to cancel , she asked me to submit a cancellation form of vodafone or docomo in any of the nearest currency shop , so that i can avail airtel to airtel free , no 60ps charge for the 1st sms , and this offer is valid for 30days ...i said ok for it , next day also she called me and she was insisting me to do so , and on the same day evening i did it ..and called up the customer care and said that i ve got the things done ,so plse cancel the portability and kindly gimme the new offer as whatever ur airtel lady said !!!!!!! they said that i have to wait till oct 31st for that offer, and since today morning my mob says no coverage , no network , when i called up airtel customer care people they are telling ur account has been deactivated plse visit nearest uninor outlet for portabiltiy ,,,this is really ridiculuous and unfair and they are keeping the customers in dark , i spoke to that uncultured idiot Mr sharath from airtel , he had no words he is simply blinking ,,,i dont know wht sort of idiotic service they are providing ,,really getting irritated , ..i ve nothing to tel fucking service bullshitting people are sitting to warm eggs there ...

    Thumbs down Complaint to airtel mobile service

    Dear Sir,
    I'm Sudipta Chatterjee. Mobile number (9163747039). I have a airtel mobile service from 1 year. but many problems face. When sms card recharged, the card deactivation date can't be notice.
    some times my balance reduce without any causes. airtel is the India's largest telecommunication company, but customer care service does not help properly. Network problems sometimes soon,, some times network is Nell. So, I decided mnp with vodafone esser.
