    Dear sir
    i have been using airtel number for last 4year. Over past 1 month i am facing many problem relating to balance reduce but inspite of many complains its not solve. Now when i am asking for why my balance is reduced but i did not get any satisfactory answer, please kindly solve this.

    Thumbs down Pathetic service

    Airtel has become pathetic. The IVR process is tedious to get to part where you have to press 9 to 'speak to a customer care executive'. Once you press 9, a message says 'please hold the line while we connect the call..' and the line gets cut. In so many different menus whenever you press 9 to speak to a customer care executive, the line gets disconnected.
    I sent a strongly worded email to Airtel and got an apolegetic reply. Their servive has become so pathetic. Its so damn easy to talk to a customer care executive in Reliance and Vodafone. Guess, Airtel is busy in acquiring new customers and paying its brand ambassadors, making new ads with variations of the AR.Rahman's composed tune, but they have forgotten their core business.
    Once number portability is launched by TRAI this year end, am sure plenty of Airtel customers will switch their service providers and retain their numbers.

    Hello Sir,

    I am using the airtel no 9630009010 since last 3 year. but now a days i have receiving the message that my document is not verified. and i have to submit my document again. i have deposited my document three times. but now i again i have receive the same message again.

    one more problem i have face is that you do not provide the Acknowledgment of the document submitted by us.

    Please provide the Acknowledgment after submitting the document.

    Default to complain for alloting our number to any other person

    first i had taken postpaid number from airtel the number was 9860554411 and they also took 1000 rs extra for this number i have taken this 3-4 yrs back after some months i changed my number to prepaid and from thatr date my number is in prepaid only,in which mobile i have inserted that airtel number i switched my mobile then i went out of station when i came back and switched on my mobile the mobile was showing(sim registeration failed)then i contacted the airtel showroom from which i hav bought that sim they told that airtel has alloted my number to any other person i was shoked when i heard this how dare they alloted my number to any other person.i want my number.
